OOC – Meh.
Tristan watched as Idris burst into laughter at her own joke, and, with an expression of amusement shook his head and took another sip of his drink. Because that was how all knights of Camelot behaved. “If only it was that easy.” He said with a sigh and involuntarily started feeling sorry for himself again. But that was going against his plan, and would only ruin the rest of his day so with another sigh he forced himself back into a good mood and said, in what he hoped was a tone that Idris was understand as a jest, “Even the women could do it.” While he prided himself on his chivalric nature, he liked to think that he treated all – male of female – with the respect that they deserved, and that Idris would see his joke for what it was, and not believe him to be making some comment about the weaknesses of women – although he was in no way suggesting that women should be off chasing dragons. That would be rather bad manners.
He nodded in agreement, it would have been difficult for her but he would have probably been enjoying himself, well, as long as he didn’t fall asleep or throw up. “I’m sure I’d have fun.”
“Hopefully not.” Tristan replied, looking every bit as hungry as he felt, and probably as much as Idris. Their food had better live up to the expectation. At least they had their game to keep them busy and was rather enjoying watching Idris struggle to guess what he was thinking of. He was debating whether or not to give her a clue and whether or not she’d appreciate it or be annoyed at him. He decided upon giving her one, but in a subtle enough manner to keep her on her toes. After her last guess he looked rather pointedly upwards.
