"Impressive," she commented genuinely when Gladys told her that some of her peple possessed a slight immunity to magical approaches. That was truly a skill, because Sasha knew for a fact that if she were ever to stumble upon a druid she'd be dead within seconds.
Alright, that all made sense to her... as long as Arthur was safe. That was her only goal in Camelot, aside from remaining loyal to Uther. Sasha nodded slightly at Gladys. "I will meet you here tomorrow same time," she began slowly, shivering from the freezing cold of the water again. That was the problem with dresses. She was so used to wearing a tunic! "If you need help with thinking, I'd be pleased to suggest something. Tomorrow, I mean."
Sasha managed to stand up without shaking too much. "I must thank you for offering your help, Gladys." She smiled, and added with a slightly amused tone. "I hate to be off so quick, but I don't want my mother's prediction to come true just yet."

The Lady Sasha was already very nervous in her mother's presence, but when she saw the smirk her mother shot her she felt a drop of sweat run down her forehead. No, everything will be alright as long as I stay in Camelot's castle grounds, she told herself as she shut her eyes lightly. Sasha opened them again, and felt only the slightest better.
Sasha gave the King a very nervous almost pleading look for more than a moment. I wish you knew what she really is! She wanted to tell him later on, but knew that if she did it would place her in a very bad situation... her mother would definitely be furious, and when that happened she basically had no control over her actions. But she took her glare off Uther and stared down at the floor, not wanting to make him suspect anything.
Wait. Sasha was then painfully reminded of her own bad deeds. That brought shame to her heart, because she knew her mother didn't have the crime of murder on her soul... but Sasha did.

"Well... thank you," the Lady Sasha said quietly. Arthur was being so nice to her, counting everything he had done so far. Complimented her looks three times so far, including the night before, and even admired her bravery. "I kind of regret taking nothing, as I did have to spend nights on the forest floor without a blanket to keep me warm. I am just thankful I made it here in time, I don't know how much longer I could have went on."
She felt a her heart ever so slightly melt at his words. They did flatter her a bit, and enough so that a smile would break out across her face. "I'm glad you are," she told him smiling but vocalizing how much she meant it. Her voice became a little more serious and she looked away slightly, "No one outside of Camelot would ever do the same for me." At least as far as she knew, no one could care less whether she lived or died; so Arthur's words meant so much to her... if he meant them, but why wouldn't he?
Sasha looked back to Arthur when he explained to her about how Lancelot had used his unique skills and killed the griffin. At least she found them unique, as he had told her of that while he had escorted her to the gates of Camelot. "I think he told me of that, but I forget how he worded it... Still," she commented on Arthur's explaination of the attack.
That was true, what Arthur said about inheriting her father's strength a determination. Of course it had it's flaws that had nearly gotten her killed by a griffin and starved to death. If she looked at those experiences with an optimistic mind, it had taught her that there was a borderline to strengths and weaknesses. Also that she could travel anywhere if she committed to it strongly enough, even without supplies. WIth that thinking, she felt like she could do anything. For that she had to thank her father, for if he hadn't taught her the important things that would carry her through in life in that little time period before he died, there was no question she would have died too. Never mind that, Sasha probably would never have attempted it in the first place... and there for would still be in the painful situation with her mother.
"You would be interested in hearing the story of how I came to decide to leave my home, right?" She inquired Arthur, hoping he wouldn't mind. She was quite happy to him, if he was interested. And frankly, she felt the urge to tell him just to get it out of her.
[Finally, a long post xD]

"Not so much now but I have always enjoyed the rush of adrenaline," Sasha answered him, very interested in how he'd respond to her saying that she loved living her life on the edge. Did she just say that she didn't like it much now? Heh! Well, that was far from the truth. In fact, she couldn't resist living dangerously even if she wanted to. "Actully to be honest, I still love it... as you can probably tell from my willingness to run away and travel in the territories I did."
She was feeling very relaxed in his company, obviously to admit these things. "Of course, you won't find me doing those things anymore, unless I feel it's required of me." The Lady Sasha smiled at him casually. "But I wouldn't want to miss a moment of being in Camelot by risking my life."
"It did?" She raised a brow at him, referring to the story of how a griffin attacked the Kingdom recently. "Well.. what happened? Was anyone seriously wounded, or... killed?" Oh, how she hated that word. It was a constant reminder of what she was and always would be... a killer. "I felt I was stronger than I really was, and I realize that could have gotten me killed. Sometimes it's not so good when you take after a parent, in this case my father," she said to him with the slightest amusement in her tone.

What had she been doing for the last several years? Sasha took a moment to remember everything. Well, most of it hadn't been good, but at least some times were nicely spent and comfortable. She'd get the bad times over with so she could end her story with the good things.
"Most of it was what I told you last night,"she began slowly, visions of the past appearing in her head. "Some of it was good though." And then she remembered with embarrassment, and of course pride, her near death face off with a griffin when she was only twelve. "Well, I can't say it's a good memory, but I did attempt to fight a griffin when I was twelve years old. I went looking for it when I tried to prove my worth to my mother. A strange man came and skillfully killed it when it had me on the ground. My mother was there, and she stopped the bleeding." She hated how that story of the griffin could always make her feel proud of herself, even though she had been close to death.

Even though Delilah was her mother, Sasha truly hadn't felt at least one bit comfortable when she had heard her mother had arrived in Camelot. She loved her by instinct, but Sasha was the only living being that knew what she had done.
She wasn't too afraid that Delilah was a threat to Camelot or anything, for they had very well skilled guards and King that enforced rules strictly. She knew her mother knew that. If Sasha was harmed, the consequences would be paid. But so far, Delilah showed no interest in harming her daughter in any way.

The guest chambers felt fit for someone higher in rank than even King Uther, in comparison to the shack she had been forced to live in. And in fact, some of the uncomfortableness had been caused by her mother. She wished she could have known her differently, as Delilah was her sole parent, the who raised her. Sasha flicked her horse's reins lightly, so that the horse would move, and riding slowly beside the Prince.
She blushed when she heard Arthur referring to her as a beautiful woman, and she looked away very slightly with a nervous smile. Sasha didn't really know the right thing to say to a comment like that except 'Thank you' but that didn't seem to fit in this case.
"Oh really?" Sasha smiled at him with interest. "That's almost coincidental that I didn't get here too late. And it would be an honour to stay for your crowning ceremony." Truth was, Sasha would stay unless someone gave her a big enough reason to leave. I would have to be a very good reason to ever leave this beautiful place, and her re-forming friendship with Arthur. "And I can assure you I'll be staying for good. I never meant to leave in the first place when I left with my mother. It would have to be a good reaosn to make me leave."
[Sorry, short :[ Btw, later on in the RP thread, do you think they should have a romantic scene? Where either Arthur ends up kissing her, or something?]

When Arthur asked if she had had a comfortable night, she smiled and said with amusement, "The best I've had in years, actually." Her smile decreased a little, but it was still visible. "If you can believe that." When Arthur showed her which horse was hers, she nodded and grabbed onto the saddle. Sasha then noticed that he had offered his hand to help her mount the horse. She appreciatively took his hand and, with his help, climbed up to the saddle seat. Side saddle or one leg on both sides? Oh alright! Side saddle... but only when she was around Arthur! She would never do it for anyone else, for she didn't really care. No one except Arthur was a living childhood friend, and more than anything she wanted a nice reputation with him... after all, he was the Prince. She had to be respectful of that. So side saddle it was... despite how much she hated it.
"So, how is life as Crown Prince of Camelot?" The Lady Sasha inquired, trying to start up a conversation. They were questions she had been meaning to ask, and the answers would probably be interesting. "I'm guessing it's difficult, with all your responsibilities." The true relaxing would begin when she held an audience with the King, but it was starting to settle in already.

Arthur, can you make a couple of posting layouts for me of Sasha? Her play by is Cameron Diaz.
And actually, I don't want anything too complicated either... for instance her weird green eyes. It's easy for me to do, but there must be some better and complicated way that people do it, so it must be hard. But yes, just simple posting layouts with no effects. That would be cool xD Thanks Arthur!

It was true, the Lady Sasha was quite disappointed when her mother arrived in Camelot. Just what she needed, a mother crazed by grief stalking her every move night and day for the rest of her life. Now of course that wasn't as bad as what she had to deal with as a child; the physically abusive mother of hers seemed to be nice all of a sudden, so she couldn't complain... yet. When Delilah Tiberius, her mother, had arrived in Camelot a week ago she had held an audience with Uther and stated that she was of nobility. She requested that she only be referred to as Lady Delilah and nothing short of that. For the record, Delilah was far from noble blood. She had been born in the forest and grew up homeless, for Heaven's sake! Unfortunately, no one knew of this and it didn't help that Sasha's father Sir Peter had said that Delilah was of nobility. Thankfully, Sasha had the proof that she was rightfully nobility in her own scarlet blood. Her mother did not, but no one seemed to question it... apparently Uther taking one of his Knight's word. Peter was a good man, and it was a shame that she had... well, never mind that. She shrugged the memory away, for it was too much to bare even though it was her own actions.
Anyway, her mother had so far not done anything wrong.. and for the record, had invited her up to the countryside for a little "mother/daughter" time. She didn't believe it was possible for Delilah to hold a proper peace between them that well, but she would see. She wouldn't judge until she saw it with her own eyes.
Sasha and Delilah rode through the countryside, talking of things. They came to a waterhole, and Delilah asked her daughter if they could stop there for a rest. Sasha nodded and got off her light brown horse. She sat beside her mother at the waterhole, silently. It would be better to wait for he rmother to restart the conversation, she felt.

Even through her blinding exhaustion the night before, Sasha had managed to genuinely feel excited for the next day with the Prince. When he had told her that the King was preoccupied with council matters she was slightly glad of it, because from what she remembered as a child it was definitely better to talk to Uther when he wasn't in a rush. She was also very nervous, as she was with all high ranks, so it was better she spent the day with Arthur first just to get used to things. Perhaps at the end of all of it, she'd feel a bit of her rare self-esteem setting in.
As Arthur had arranged, the Lady Sasha met the Prince at the front of the castle. Was it necessary to preform proper curtsey? She'd put it off for a little while and try and read his gestures. She could usually pull that off easily, as it was fully inherited from her father. She did dip her head to him in respect though. After all, he was not required to do this for her. “Which horse is yours?” She asked him casually, trying to define which one she would take. Sasha figured the Prince had a specific horse, and she didn't want to look like an idiot trying to climb onto Arthur's horse. Oh, how embarrassing that would be. It didn't matter to her, either of the two horses would be fine to ride from the looks of it.

"Thank you for your kindness, My Lord," she returned the way the Prince had called her "My Lady" by adressing him properly. "I'm not used to being treated so nicely, so I'm very appreciative." In the back of her mind, she was very nervous about meeting with the King the next morning... probably out of respect, actually. She watched the Prince leave, dipping his head slightly in a sort of bow, and she went to get herself settled in her bed.
She had just fell into Heaven; Sasha hadn't felt a normal bed in so long she had forgotten how good it felt! In her travels, she had been forced to sleep somewhere on the ground even in rain. Once she had rested on rock for the whole night, but she had only slept there for a few minutes before waking up due to creepy forest sounds. She would enjoy life from this moment on...She was also happy when her servant for the night arrived. There was nothing she needed except a warm meal and a comfortable sleep.

[Sorry if my post is museless, I got major writer's block while my mother banned me from the computer. I'll do my best though. If you're interested though, here's a picture that a friend of mine drew of Sasha holding the sword: katy133.deviantart.com/#/d31vydm ] ----- "Sorry, it's just that I crave it..." she said quickly. "No kidding. Blood interests me. Of course it would do no good against sorcerers." She let Gladys finish what she had to say next, and Sasha just dipped her head. "I will leave it all to you." Was all she said.
Truth was, Sasha owned a sword [ooc: which is the one in the picture] under her bed in her chamber and if she used it properly, remembering what her father had taught her, she just might be able to block a few magic attacks. It would certainly do good if a mortal being was leader of the attack. She would either win, or at worst kill her opponent along with herself, of course by accident. But mortal beings usually didn't hate the Prince, just sorcerers and druids... and whatever else Gladys had mentioned. Ugh... she just craved shedding blood whenever she started talking about it. Inheriting habits from your father didn't help much, now did it?
"Wait... if sorcerers attack then how are you supposed to help him? You're not a sorceress, I think, so how are you meant to protect him?" Sasha inquired. No, she didn't think this woman was a sorceress, but how was she meant to know that? Still, she felt safe hanging around with her. "I know this is also about helping you and your people, but Arthur means to me as much as your friend meant to you." Probably more than your friend meant to you...

The Lady Sasha looked to the left. "I suppose you're right, though," she whispered. "I am not refusing to tell you these secrets, and I want Arthur to be as safe as I can possibly make him... with, eh... your, help. It's just that... it's complicated... when I want to seriously injure anyone who poses as a threat to the Prince -- I'll inform you I'm well capable of it -- and follow Uther's orders at the same time. Despite all of that, I'll do it. Officially. The next time the Prince goes somewhere, I will be sure to tell you." Sasha felt as if she had overdone that. It was more like a ramble than just a simple agreement between two people.
Damn it! She thought, screwing up her expression for a split second. Why couldn't she just stop doing that? It was taking up the poor woman's time, and it was extremely unneeded, and got no one anywhere. "I must ask you, though... on my part, how do I protect him? I'm kind of clueless of that. I'm more of the "inflict severe body wounds!" type of woman, but I don't know if I should... you know..." She gave Gladys an unreadable expression.

When Arthur draped his coat over her she widened her eyes for just a split second. Heh... that was nice of him. Or... perhpas that was just what men did around a woman. She caught the soft expression on his face and taking it more than it was, felt a little overwhelmed. "Yes, it's... better," she answered, and even though she spoke slowly, Sasha wasn't nervous. "Thank you."
So what was behind the soft expression? "Umm... Arthur, is the guest chambers any farther?" She inquired the Prince, trying to sound as polite as possible. She added with a chuckle of amusement, "I could fall over with exhaustion from all I've done today."

Sasha gave a genuine sympathetic look at Gladys when she told of the end of the story, mostly out of how it was effecting her. If they had known where Arthur was going, her friend would still be alive. That was kind of bad, because Sasha never knew where the Prince was going either.
Anyway, she would accept now. "Alright, you've managed to convince me," she tried to remain a dominant tone in her voice, which was semi-failing. "I will do my best to inform you of his wanderings. But, I must warn you, that if either Prince Arthur or his majesty King Uther goes out of his way to infer that it must remain secret you will not hear anything from me."

She in fact did know the basic things that would tick him off, and she would never say them to him on purpose. If she ever did, it would be because she had totally forgotten it would enrage him. Anyway, she was just thankful he wasn't angry with her.
And indeed, Sasha didn't want to hear everything that happened to Camelot while she was gone right now, though she was very curious at the same time. For tonight, just a warm bed and a meal was all she truly wanted. And when Arthur suggested that they could ride through the city and country side the next day after meeting with King Uther when he woud update her with Camelot's state, she smiled largely and answered him, "I would love that!"
Sasha strangely became freezing, an unexplained thing that had occured every now and again since childhood, and she rushed up semi-close to the Prince hoping that it would make her warmer. She prayed he wouldn't think of her strange for doing so, relying on him for warmth. "Uhh... it's cold in here, no?" She smiled nervously, shaking from the cold again. It hadn't been that cold a moment ago. She calmed herself from embarrassment, after rushing up right beside the Prince.

Give out information about where the Prince was going... that sounded fair enough. But she could have sworn she was forbidden to give out this information, no matter how much someone needed it. These commoners were offering to watch over him, and that was something she would commit herself to, but... could she really place the Prince's fate in their hands?
"Seems fair enough, but..." she hesitated, and then summoned the courage basically challenge Gladys. "But, please, tell me... why should I place his fate your hands? I don't even know you, or the others. Give me one good reason I should accept this offer of yours. Because I'm forbidden to do this, it had better be a very good reason." Was that a little too harsh? Of course not! Especially when it came the future King's security.

Sasha felt very comforted when he said he'd be be there when she explained her situation to the King. She didn't want to show a smile, because it would probably lead into a very embarrassingly large one, but she slightly gave a smile and unintentionally blushed.
"I will take your word, and avoid it as a subject," she smiled when she found out he wasn't mad at her. What a relief... she had thought she had made a slightly bad reputation with Uther's son. What a disaster that would have been. She lowered her voice to possibly just louder than whisper, "Arthur, I'm glad you're not mad at me. I'll be careful of what I say from now on." At the end she added a slight tone of amusement, but she meant the words seriously.
Sasha thought for a moment in silence, and then perked up with a question for Arthur, "There are other times you can explain this to me aside from in the middle of the night, but... has anything happened in Camelot since I left? Of course they have, but I mean something that I should know about? Dangerous, possibly?" She inquired him.

Even Sasha was beginning to notice something strange going on, but she let Gladys finish what she had to say. What was she getting at toward the end? And how could Sasha help anything? Also, as far as she was concerned, the citiens were completely fine with the Prince... including the fact that when Uther died they'd be free.
Wait... druids, rebels, and other socerers of the kind? That didn't sound so good. Working against them sounded good, along with that, but the Lady Sasha had her right to suspicions.
Pehaps it was hard to keep up with him, though. She still had many suspicions but she would let Gladys continue. "And how can I help that?" She inquired. She would find this was all for the Prince's wellbeing? She guessed so. It didn't seem threatening... yet.
