Alegra's sigh was heavy as the clouds were as she ventured through the market. She was supposed to be there to buy fabric, a fact she did not at all enjoy. It was her duty, of course, as the young woman of the household, and she was expected to sit down through an afternoon of sewing to turn the designated fabric into a lovely set of drapes. However, Alegra wasn't the type to sit there obediently, succumbing to the chores of the house and "learning" so that she would be able to hold her own whenever she managed to get married. To refuse who be to insult her mother directly, and despite the crazy woman's attempts to mold her into the perfect child, she cared too much for her to do that.
But it was all a bit of a drag to her, and her muscles were just itching to move, to exert themselves. She wanted to run, or ride a horse, or spar with her brother or even climb a tree - something to get her heart pumping and add a burn to her step. Of course, the marketplace wasn't a very good place for that. A noble woman running madly through the streets would undoubtedly capture attention, maybe even create a panic, and when it became clear there was no reason for it, she would be diagnosed as either mad or ill; if the first, her family would suffer the humiliation that went with it, and if the latter, she'd be holed up in bed for however much time was deemed necessary. Walking was clearly the best option.

Amaya walked slowly down the street, she was looking for a place that sold more bandages because her medicine bag was getting dangerously low of bandages and herbs. Then she saw Alegra scuffling through the streets "She looks like a desent girl, maybe I should talk to her it looks as if we both need somthing to do'Then she walked over to Alegra quickly as she could, all the people were bumping and shoving one another and Amaya almost fell."Watch it!"She snaped angreily at the fat man who nearly triped her. When Amaya finally reached her she imeditaly found her courage desert her, as she looked at Alegra it intimited her a bit, Alegra looked strong and fragile at thesame time yet in her eyes she had a firey spirit that threw Amaya off guard. She cleared her throat and said holding her head high"Hello, Im Amaya and I saw you over here and I thought you might want some company"
Amaya drew in her breath as she held out her hand to Alegra. She was pretty yes but intimitating at first glance. "I was also hoping if you knew where I can get some fresh bandages?"

Alegra turned her head in surprise at the sudden sound of someone nearby yelling, "Watch it!" It was obviously not directed at her, but the harsh tone attracted her attention anyway. Her eyes scanned the crowd, searching for the source until they finally landed on a girl with red hair; a girl who was shockingly watching her as well. Eyes narrowed suspiciously, Alegra stopped walking but made no motion to move closer to the girl. Instead, she waited for her to approach her, as she seemed to be attempting to do. Vaguely, she considered that the woman could have used a nicer tone with the man, but then again, Alegra knew more than most how it felt to be tipped over. Still, didn't the girl know that in a crowded marketplace, it was bound to happen?
Her eyebrows shot upwards when the girl noted that she looked like she could us company. In reality, Alegra was just fine with being on her own, but she wouldn't refuse it if it was offered - so long as the girl refrained from getting on her nerves, as most girls were wont to do. Before she could comment, however, the woman wanted to know if she knew where to purchase bandages. "I don't," she admitted. "Who are you?" It wasn't meant to be impolite, but she preferred to know who she was speaking to.

"Well I'm Amaya Rayne Lavada daughter of Garrick Lavada brother to the king of Ireland!" Amaya said with a snapy tone. Then she turned her head away in an embrassed manner when Alegra's eyes clearly said to Amaya that she could have been nicer to the fat merchant man "Well Um ?I don't come from here, I'm only here to look for my mother Scarlet" Amaya then looked down at the silky white Celtic syle dress she was wearing "Well if you don't know where bandages are then what about dresses? I really need to fit in better" Amaya was curious about Alegra she seemed nice enough but still Amaya would tread lightly around her.
Amaya looked at Alegra's pretty dress and said "Lovely dress you have, the dresses here are far different from Irlands dresses!" then Amay put a hand to her lower lip and said "If you haven't notice I have a strong accent So I will do my best to speack more clearly"

When Amaya snapped at her, Alegra's eyebrow arched elegantly but clearly in annoyance. That was certainly not the sort of company she wanted, but she'd let it go. Perhaps the girl was having an off-day. However, she wasn't terribly impressed with the way she so clearly stated her relation to the king of Ireland; information Alegra had neither asked for nor cared about. Ireland had nothing to do with her, nothing in the slightest, and she was hardly the type to gasp and fawn over royal connections, especially considered her own high social status. To her, Amaya was just another girl.
She bowed her head and smiled at the compliment, however. She was hardly a fan of dresses - armor suited her better - but as far as they went, this was, indeed, one of her favorites. "I can help you find dresses," she conceded. "And I can understand you fine."
