::vaughn:: The whole notion of this five day festivity was completely ridiculous. Camelot was celebrating the fact that they had signed a peace treaty with four other kingdoms but really, once circumstances changed, Vaughn knew that this treaty would represent nothing more than false promises and betrayal. So why celebrate something that was inevitably going to fail? It just did not make sense at all. But never the less, he was here. He would be granted entrance because he was technically a knight and had the papers and seal to prove it. It helped that most had never really heard of the Adeney family but he could give details about it which eliminate any misgivings about him pretending to be someone he was not.
So here he was; in Camelot; watching the servants begin to set up for this preposterous excuse to waste money and show off ones extravagance. Though it was night everyone seemed to be rather busy and so the streets were not as abandoned as they usually were. Vaughn watched from a distance though, a silent spectator, chuckling at how pathetic this festivity was going to be, and yet, wanted only to be a part of it to see what unplanned mischief he could create.

::Alistair::
Alistair was in a rare mood of pure anger. It was not often that he came to displays of angry, as he was a very still and quite man. However, in these moments, he was displaying all the classic signs of rage and hurt pride.
He had avoided Camelot for how long, and then with in HOURS of his return the young, ass of a prince decided he would what?! TOY with him? My name is Leon! HA! Alistair entered the town, trying to think. He was not a people person, but he needed to see what sort of place this was. How best to insult the royal family. Return the favor!
That was when he saw Vaughn. Walking over to his, Alistair came to rest rather close. "Why are you here? Are you known in this area?" He needed to know how best to use Vaughn in his plans. Vaughn was his only 'friend'.

::vaughn:: Vaughn turned to a familiar voice. However, Alistair was a bit different this time. Even when they did happen to cross paths or meet up, they never really engaged in small talk and exchanged formalities. They were very direct men, getting to the point for they were both people of purpose. But still, when Alistair asked this question Vaughn could not help but notice that his voice lacked the calmness it usually held. Vaughn flashed an amused smile and turned his gaze forward again.
"Is that anger I detect in your usually calm voice?" Vaughn asked. He was intrigued. What had made this man so angry? What had the power to do such a thing for the many years Vaughn had known him, he had never seen him so close to being enraged. He was also aware that he had not answered Alistair's question. He was far more interested in the reason that had caused his current emotional state.

Alistair did notice that Vaughn did not reply to his questions. Alistair was the type of man who thought things though. Who plotted and planned and played the game. Not who blindly lived for the moment. If he was hired for a job, especially like the ones he was hired to do on the mainlands, then he would plan it out.
He needed to know the answers to his questions, but he also knew he needed to take a moment and step back to think things out and explain things to Vaughn or he would get nothing out of him. "The prince seemed to enjoy mocking others. Making them look fools. I want to return the favor." He looked down at Vaughn, waiting for him to understand.

::vaughn:: Interesting. Very, very interesting. Alistair was plotting evilly? Well this was a first. While Alistair was not exactly the follower, he certainly was not the instigater. The was Vaughn's job. He was usually the one who provoked people; who tried to get on their nerves. Alistair was the silent on, usually the brain behind every situation. And now. Here he was, having some sort of plan. If Vaughn had not gotten the impression that Alistair had a vague, or perhaps detailed, idea of what he wanted to do, then Vaughn would have suggested some possibilities. But his gut told him that his druid friend had been scheming.
"What did you have in mind?" Hearing Alistair saw such things, Vaughn could not resist a sinister smile mixed with excitement. What on earth had the Prince done to him to make him this angry. Usually he had a great deal of patience. He must have greatly offended him or something something greatly aggravating. It did not surprise him. But it did intrigue him even more. Especially since Vaughn was not the kind of person to reject such an interesting idea of getting revenge on a prince of a kingdom.

"Nothing for sure yet." He spoke angrily, not liking this place anymore. it was almost ironic how his first meeting with anyone in this place was the prince, and that it ended how it had. It was as if the fates were demanding he take action. So he would. He would do as they stars seemed to want him to do.
It was iconic that the young prince had told him so much before being outed. He would use the information ageist him. "Something soon." With all the other kingdoms where watching, he wanted Camelot as embarrassed as he had been. Tomorrow. He would do whatever he had planned to do tomorrow. "How well are you known here?" He asked.

::vaughn:: Alistair's mind was plotting something, and Vaughn loved it. If the two of them planned something, it would without a doubt be remembered for many, many years. Alistair had the brain, Vaughn lacked the morals. When someone combined the two, it spelled destruction. "Not well yet," he answered. Since the festival had not technically started yet, he was not formally introduced to anyone. But he planned to make himself known. First through casual, innocent means and then, with whatever way he found entertaining.
"I will make my formal arrival at the first ball, when all the nobles and royals are being introduced to the court." He had his seal, surprisingly not a fake one. Just an unfamiliar one which he could use to his utmost advantage. "What has gotten you all upset?" He asked, not out of concern for Alistair but more out of curiosity. The druid had feelings and emotions after all; who would have known.

Alistair looked away from Vaughn and at the people walking around, setting up for their big parties. He thought back to his meeting with the prince and his fist balled up, "The prince thinks he is better then everyone else. My plan is to embarrass him, and the royals in such a way that they can't hide it." The party would be perfect for that. With so many eyes from other lands here, they would be unable to hide what he would do.
"I am going to ransom one of their own." he said, making up his plan as he went along. kidnapping would mean, they would look incompetent. It would cost them gold, pride, and would send them a message. Gold would pay for Vaughn's part in this, and the rest could go to the poor Druids who, the king was hunting. He had not come back to Camelot, with the goal in mind of doing something this dramatic; but fate had stepped in. It did not help that he was not getting sleep thanks tot he newest round of death dreams. "I am not sure which one yet."

::vaughn:: Vaughn began to chuckle upon hearing this. Alistair seemed dead serious, and that was what amused him so much. Was he really planning this? Was he really going to go through with this? He would not have pegged the druid as someone who would go so far because a spoiled Prince had wounded his pride and honor. "What has the Prince done to you to cause such personal offense?" Something had to have happened, something specific. Otherwise, Alistair would not even have proposed such a thing since usually it was Vaughn doing the instigating of all their evil plots and he was usually the one convincing Alistair to join him.
"I am attending the various feasts and balls. I know only of a few guests that will be arriving. Aim for a royal family. I will keep an eye out for which one in particular would cause the most embarressment." The Prince himself would be hard to get to. They needed someone who was a guest. After all, what kind of host would not be humiliated in having one of their guests abducted. "I suggest a woman. Prove to them, those delusional knights, that their skills are completely useless for they can not even protect their own women." Another way to humiliate them; to do something that would publicly render them completely useless.
