Uther was still in the stage of fighting and struggling, though he did not foolishly waste too much energy on what he knew was futile. So far, he still had clothing and was being fed, though he refused to eat for the most part, fearing that anything brought down might be poisoned.
Camelot had taken every precaution against attack, by regular or magical means. But the troops who had used this cup of life were too powerful to stop since they could not die. Camelot's troops had been powerless, and so had he. They had taken over, with Morgana leading them. Somehow she'd discovered the truth and was determined to have revenge for it. The only hope now was that Arthur still lived.
She had not yet ventured down here as yet herself, but but he was being taunted and harassed by the blood guards stationed down here. Sometimes they threw things like people did at someone in the stocks. He'd been hit and kicked several times as well. They also seemed to enjoy suddenly awakening him with shouts or cold water, knowing obviously that it was taking a toll on his mind.
What he feared most was not knowing how far they would be allowed to go. Men of Camelot were expected to be proper and well behaved, even when tending the prisoners, but who knew what Morgana would allow? He could see the whip where it hung on the wall, and fully expected it to be used upon him. He also knew that there was magic among the group, and it would be easy for someone to torture him that way as well.

The only guilt Morgana felt over the torture and humiliation of Uther Pendragon was that she couldn't be there herself to administer most of it. He deserved it, not just because he was a hypocritc ruler who was the bane of magic users existance, but also because he was a liar. It was personal for her on so many levels. She had magic, she was a magic user, and he was her father, a relation Uther would have taken to his grave had she not overheard him speaking with Gaius about it. That he would deny her family when she had no-one else in the world as a child infuriated Morgana like nothing else. Her father had died, been killed in a way that Uther himself was responsible for, and then he had to tarnish the memory of that man by being her real sire.
She could kill him for that alone.
Just thinking about the former King and his perchance for lies made Morgana angry, and it was with swift and sure steps that she made her way down into the dungeons. She'd been meaning to come down here since the sun had risen, but matters had drawn her away. Now was different though. Now she was coming to see Uther Pendragon on his knees. The click-clack of her shoes echoed as she descended the stairs and the men who were guarding the bastard that was her father straightened a little. There was a half empty bucket of vegetables on the table by the cell and already she could see that it had been put to good use. She had no reason to scold them.
One of the men stepped forward and she handed him the key to Uther's cell, with which he unlocked the door and opened it for her. Some might have feared a cornered and unchained prisoner, but Morgana did not. Even if he did attack her, and the guards were too slow, her own magic would protect her, though one of the guards did step inside with her. Morgana smirked.
"How are you enjoying your new quarters father?" she asked mockingly. "A little shy of your old ones, but far more befitting you I think."

Uther surmised it was her. The guards' shoes didn't make that kind of sound when they walked. He couldn't restrain his anger and lunged, even though he knew it was pointless. He did not waste a great deal of strength struggling, but he was glairing, the anger evident on his face, for all the good it did him.
"Yes, for you! This is what I feared all along. But I believed you better than this. I was too blind to your deception to see the truth. But you will not find yourself here again."Uther snapped."Arthur is still living and free. I do not care what the witch says, he is not dead."Nimueh kept hurling that at him,but he did not believe it, not as long as no body was brought in. And if you do not think he will destroy you to save the kingdom, you are wrong. He knows that you are a traitor, and although it will pain him, he will do what must be done.
"And, if he cannot kill you, then I will not hesitate. I know what I swore to Gorlois, even though he was not your true father. But I also swore to you that I would break that promise if you opposed me again, and I hold to that."
Uther watched, fully expecting her to kill him. "I would have believed you would have destroyed me by now. But obviously you wish to gloat and torture me first." he growled."Or order your guards to do so, at least.

The lunge didn't surprise Morgana, nor did it frighten her. Uther was well bound and she didn't fear him anymore. In any way. Once she may have feared for her life when it came to her guardian and unknown father but now... she was no longer that frightened girl. She raised an eyebrow as he tried to lecture her. Did he honestly think his words meant anything to her now? He'd lied to her since she was a child, and hunted and persecuted her kind. If he'd discovered her magic he would have killed her too. Nothing Uther could say would ever change how she felt about him now.
“But Arthur will return for you Uther. He will not be able to resist trying to help free his father and in doing so he will deliver himself right to me,” Morgana replied with a smirk. Her smile faded though as Uther threatened her personally. “Do you think I care any longer what you think of me? What you threaten me with Uther? You brought about your own downfall the day you decided I was not worth claiming as your daughter,” she growled. And who knew for sure? All it may have taken was his claiming of her to prevent any of this.
“Oh I wish for your death. Every moment of every day, but you remaining alive for now serves me a greater purpose,” the Queen said, her face cold. “But don't fret Uther. Your time will come. After I have seen you break, you will know the sting of death. Mark my words.” And after she'd wrung every ounce of strength from him as he watched Arthur die right in front of him. It was his turn to know how it felt to lose something he loved.
