Alistair hated crowds just as much as he hated Camelot; and he knew that in a few hours it would be worse. Memories of his past filled him, and left the small hairs on the the back of his neck. He didn't like it here but he had agreed to some and keep her safe. She was going either way and he rather be here and able to keep her safe then far away and not knowing what was happening.
Large groups left so many doors open that normally would not be opened. It was how he had gotten in and gotten to her int he first place. as strong as the castle was in a seage, it was weak when it used these events to boast. Anyone could get in; and anything could happen. It was why he was walking the halls and mapping out escape routes; while his princess dressed for the night in her rooms. He wanted to know the best way--and the fastest way; to get her out of here when the stone walls fell on their heads.
He had come to known Gwent's castle better then a few of the knights. He still did not know where every room was but when you needed to get out at any point he could tell you how to get out. Turn right, run twenty nine steps, and turn left down the steps'. On and on it would go as he planned the escape in his mind. He could do it in darkness if he had to; and he rather hoped he did. If you knew where you were going you could avoid being seen.
Yet there was another reason he was walking the halls alone. Lord Rutger. He was a 'knight' apparently, but one well past his prime and well past his physical peak. The fat knight was balding, and a near drunkard; and every word that exited the chubby face and large hole insulted every hair on Alistair's head.
So far he had maintained his appearance of clam but if he were a betting man; he'd put money the fat noble from Mercia might not make it all the way home. Or at least not with out some trouble. Let him meet the 'savagely uncivilized druids' face to face. Maybe not the druids, they were a bit too peaceful but the nomads who ruled the woods were a bit less friendly. Worse case he could tell Vaughn the man was carrying riches and a pretty daughter. There was no daughter but Vaughn would not know that.
Alistair paused when he saw the tall blonde prince to be king on the other end of the hall way. He looked like a knight, but he was willing to bet the man would not be fooled. He hoped so since he wasn't about to bow respectfully. [The King]

The evening was proceeding splendidly . . . and by that, Arthur only meant that there were no severe interruptions. No attacks; not threats on someone's lives; no kidnappings . . . for once, Camelot may actually have a peaceful ceremony. It would be the first in a while, but considering all the kingdom had endured -- especially in recent weeks -- this one evening of peace was much needed. Guinevère had been right in convincing him to throw a larger ceremony than initially intended. For he saw the looks on the crowd's faces, and the cheer from the courtyard. They seemed to hold faith in yet another Pendragon ruler, and this filled Arthur with honor. But with that honor, there was also the fear and pressure of letting them down. These feelings would never diminish, for he always knew that this day would come; though it was under completely unpredictable circumstances.
Never the less it was here, and he would take advantage of it by showing the people that he would not abuse their faith and confidence in him. That he would use it as motivation to restore Camelot to all that it was before darkness filled it. He planned to visit the townspeople soon, but first he just needed a few moments to himself. Which was why he was roaming the halls. While he was overjoyed with the number of people who had come here to pay their respects and join him on this day . . . it was also overwhelming. Both in a good and bad way. For Arthur found it difficult to act casual and strong when the wounds of Morgana's betrayal were still so fresh in his heart. He kept a composed front -- for he had to -- but deep down he felt broken. Hurt. Devastated. Had Guinevère not been in his life to grant him comfort, he was not sure how he would survive such a betrayal.
As Arthur walked down the hall, he suddenly paused, pulling himself out of these thoughts when he saw a man on the other end of the hall. Arthur would recognize this man anywhere. He could grow his hair and change his attire, but Arthur would forever remember his face. He knew far too much about the man, and had encountered him far too many times. In a recent visit to Mercia, Isadora had explained the situation, and while Arthur did not condone it . . . he offered his support to her. More so, by not revealing this to anyway. Though he knew that if they were found out, their allies would not be pleased. Arthur was also already suffering enough tension by altering the customs of the land through the knighting of commoners and the rumors -- which were true -- of placing a woman of non-noble blood on the throne next to him. He did not let this tension affect his decisions, for he stood firm and sure on them.
But it would be a lie to say that he did not feel intense pressure. The last thing Arthur wanted right now was to see Alistair; a reminder of what he had done, the pain he had caused and all that he threatened if discovered and not careful. Him, not wandering around the halls of the castle was not being careful. Arthur stood tall though, not about to let this man effect him on an emotional level. He began to walk towards him. "Are you lost?" He asked, not in a condescending or mocking way. But rather, curiosity as well as his not so subtle hinting that Alistair should not be here, out in the halls. Alistair, least of all should be trying to draw attention to himself. He should be taking advantage of the large crowd, trying to blend in with it rather than single himself out and isolate his presence. It was after all how he managed to remain undiscovered thus far . . . for if his father caught sight of him, everything that Isadora had been trying to create and build up, would be undone.

Alistair did not move as the prince walked forward to him. He wasn't lost but he did not plan to tel him why he was looking around; "You can't be lost when you don't know where your going." He didn't have a where to end up in so he could not be lost; he wasn't looking to end up somewhere. Alistair didn't bother to explain what he meant; for the fewer words you spoke the less people tried to talk to you.
In a few hours this man would be crowded king; surely he had something more important to do then stand here and talk to him. He only had to wait until he walked on and then he could keep building a mental map of the castle. When a foe of the Pendragons rose up tonight he wanted an exit plan. Alistair stood there staring at the young prince waiting for him to either walk on; walk away or speak again.

Arthur was not amused with his response. He did not want him of all people aimlessly wandering around the castle. Not after having kidnapped people not once, not twice . . . but thrice. Arthur may have told Isadora he would help her with what he could, but that did not mean he trusted the druid. Alistair had not done anything to earn Arthur's trust; quite the opposite in fact. He was a man that Arthur held strong feelings of distrust. "Well then allow me to show you back to your chambers," he told him. It was not really an offer but more so his way of disallowing Alistair to wander through his home. This was Arthur's castle and clearly the druid held no respect nor politeness . . . especially since he had broken in before and kidnapped the king, a visiting royal, and the future queen. It was quite a list of crimes. And now impersonation to add to it. But Arthur had given his promise to Isadora.
Plus, the prince to be king did not want to find cause for another war. If Alistair's presence remained unaware to Uther, then all should be well. Unless someone else recognized Alistair which was not something that Arthur could control. He did not doubt that the man had created some enemies in the past and while Arthur should be one of them . . . he would not be, for he would not turn him in. With that in mind, he expected Alistair to respect his home. So he just stood there, waiting for Alistair to turn around and walk back from the direction he came -- for Arthur knew that he knew it was the direction towards his chambers. For he was not about to let him out of his sight. "After you," he said, motioning his hand forward, as it was directed to the area behind them. Alistair needed to turn around and walk back to his room until everyone gathered in the grand hall for the coronation.

After him? Alistair folded his arms over his chest in a casual manner; but knew it would not be taken as such. He was not about to go hide in his room when he had work to do. He didn't speak for a long few moments so that the prince would understand that these words were not spoke with out thought behind them. "No."
He wasn't being childish in his statement; and did not mean for the prince to take it so. "I am not were I am unallowed." So why ask him to to and hide away? Did Arthur think he was up to no good? Should he ease that fear or let it stand between them? He glanced up and down the hall way before speaking again; "I mean no one here any harm." Aside from the one fat noble; but that was later and he knew better then to admit it to the prince.

No? Did Alistair just flat out say no to him? So much for believing he was entitled to some respect. He even folded his arms across his chest to what, add more stubbornness to his words? While Arthur had been hoping that Alistair would listen to him, he knew deep down that compliance was not one of his many charming qualities. It seemed to be more about defiance with him; these words proving just that. But Arthur maintained his patience . . . or at least appeared like he did. He had thought that the man changed and he supposed to a certain degree he had. After all, he was not trying to kidnap Arthur right now with his little henchman to help him. Arthur took another step closer towards him, keeping his tone leveled but strong. "I'm sure you can understand if I am mistrusting in your words." He felt he had valid reason for being so skeptical about Alistair.
His track record did not exactly make him look like a saint "I would feel far more comfortable if you were not wandering around the halls of my home," he said in a rather polite tone, considering who he was talking to. Arthur knew there was no honor in blackmailing a person, so would not threaten Alistair by saying that if he did not return, then he would turn him in. He was not that cruel, and after all, Isadora would also be punished for this should the full truth come out. Arthur could do no such thing, but he was also not about to back away from Alistair. There were many things he could be -- and should be -- doing right now. But he knew his mind would not rest with the possibility of Alistair roaming the halls of Camelot castle.

Well; Alistair did not exactly feel comfortable in his home so they were even. Still he felt caged in the stone walls of the Pendragon's castle. "All other knights are given leave to walk around." He countered, knowing damn well there was a major difference. None of the others had kidnapped the king, the Prince's woman, nor another princess. Still he was not going to just go and sit in his room.
He let his arms drop to his side before turning to look down the hall the way he had come. "What is down this hall?" He asked; trying to learn more about his exit plans. He had a few routes in his mind on how to get out from her room; and from the main ball room. He just wanted to know more in case one of them got cut off.

"All other knights are given leave to walk around." Really? He was going to go with that logic? Surely he knew how he could not put himself into the same category as other knights. First of all, he was not even a knight; he was a posing one. Now Arthur strongly believed that men of non noble blood could be knights -- as he had knighted four men as such recently -- so it was not the druid's blood that did not make him a knight in Arthur's eyes. He had knighted those men because they displayed the utmost honor, bravery and respect. What did the druid do to earn such a title? He recalled Isadora telling him that Alistair had saved her life . . . but he had also put three people in danger before then. Did he even feel regret for those actions? Perhaps if he apologized Arthur may be inclined to believe -- or begin to believe -- that the druid regretted his actions. But he had said no such thing. So thus far, Arthur continued to dislike him. And only tolerate him for Isadora's sake.
"All other knights are not exactly like you, for they do not share a past such as yours." Arthur refrained from saying a criminal past, for he knew Alistair would be well aware of what he was talking about. Was he really so stubborn and rude in that he felt he owned the castle and could just wander where he pleased? Just because he was in the garb of a knight, did not mean he should be taking advantage of what Arthur felt was massive leniency towards him. "None of your concern," Arthur said, continuing in a formal voice. He was getting agitated by the man's disrespect. "You should not be trying to single yourself out. For there is a reason you are able to stay in your current position here in Camelot." Again, it was not a threat, but a reminder. He was trying to point out that Arthur was being tolerant and 'respectful'; making an effort towards him . . . the man could at least return the favor. Instead, he was arguing stubbornly and trying to pry around the castle.

"All other knights are not exactly like you, for they do not share a past such as yours." Alistair had known that but had choice to in that moment over look such a fact. Merely trying to point out that by not acting as other knights he would draw more attention to himself. Therefore he should be out here where he can be seem casually rather hidden away and everyone wondering why. "None of your concern," He some how expected a reply along the lines of that or or to hell. "I am making it my concern. I have a need to know."
"You should not be trying to single yourself out. For there is a reason you are able to stay in your current position here in Camelot." Alistair turned to look at the prince who would be king in a few hours or less and remained emotionless in his expression. He paused a moment to decide on if Arthur was meaning it as a threat or not. Was he going to expose him and risk his princess' life? "Would others not wonder why I hide my self away?" He countered; not about to tuck tail and run.

"I am making it my concern. I have a need to know." What the hell did that mean? Arthur did not like the sound of that. He almost wanted to ask if it was because Alistair was planning another kidnapping -- even in jest -- because . . . well, because it was true. "And why exactly is it that you must know?" He asked, completely skeptical and suspicious of this man. Isadora had vouched for him, but he was not doing very well with keeping up with the standard she had set him at. Of being a good man; only fighting for his people. Arthur found him rude and far too inquisitive and, frankly put, too nosy for his own good. Arthur was not impressed, especially when he went on to question why he should be hiding himself away.
"Do you see any other knights down his hall?" He asked rhetorically, and with slight sarcasm. Merely pointing out it was not a popular hall for guests to wander down. Especially not so soon before the coronation. "You should be with the other knights." For they would most likely be conversing amongst themselves, or with the knights of other visiting kingdoms, and ones of Camelot. "I am not telling you to hide away. But you should not be wandering around my home in solitude. You should be with the others." It was true that if it was another knight, such as Sir Garrett, Arthur would not be even a fraction as suspicious. But it was because it was Alistair. And also because . . . well, no one should be roaming around the halls like this.

"And why exactly is it that you must know?" Alistair looked back (and down) at the prince. This was one of the moments in his life that he was damn glad of being tall. "I know how easy it is to steal a princess from your walls. No one is talking mine." It was as close to admitting what he was doing to the man before him. Alistair did not care if he was rude or forbidden. He had a job that was self given; and no one would cause him to fail.
"Do you see any other knights down his hall?" Looking up and down the hall for a moment; it wasn't until his next line that he realized it was a rhetorical comment. It was times that these he got annoyed for not realizing that. "You should be with the other knights." Drinking and whoring and pretending to fight each other. No. He had other things to do. "I am not telling you to hide away. But you should not be wandering around my home in solitude." He was not going to debate this forever; "I am not dropping my guard in a castle of enemies."

"I know how easy it is to steal a princess from your walls. No one is talking mine." Good gosh! Is that what this was about?! How absurd. Arthur wasn't even sure if he believed him. The man may not seem to have a sense of humor, but not every word he said could be believe either. "No one is going to take her," Arthur said with full confidence. Isadora had told him before what Alistair's motives of taking the princess of Gwent had been: to wound the Pendragon pride. Arthur did not believe it was just about that, for there was monetary gain in it to. But at this point, it was preposterous to think that someone would steal the princess of Gwent. Out of all the people in the castle, she was not the first one would think to take. Arthur knew he had his enemies, there was no denying that. But there were also other people that he was evidently closer to. His father, who was already weak and vulnerable. Guinevère, who more and more people were discovering would one day be queen. And the list continued on and on. If someone wished to get to Arthur, or even Uther, they would not do with by taking the princess of Gwent.
"You kidnapped her to humiliate the Pendragon name," he reminded him, though Arthur doubted the man would forget. "No one will take her now." Meaning, no one was that petty and his tone implied that exact thing. Arthur had greater things to worry about than Alistair's paranoid thoughts of someone stealing the woman he loved. He should be more concerned about that in Gwent, rather than Camelot. Here, she blended in with the rest of the royalty; in Gwent, she was more easily targeted. Had he thought it'd make any difference, he also would have reminded Alistair about how high the security was, for Morgana was still lurking out there somewhere. And their patrols had been more frequent and more vast. Arthur noticed him actually look down the hall. Was he being a smart ass, or was he actually responding to Arthur's rhetorical question? "I am not dropping my guard in a castle of enemies." Arthur took another step towards him. "You made yourself an enemy in this castle," he said in a low but stern voice. "No one here is an enemy of the Princes of Gwent." They would protect her well, for she was a royal guest. He was the one with enemies; not her.
It was true, that as a druid and practitioner of magic, he was automatically deemed a fugitive. But they would have had no way of knowing that had he not done something more criminally obvious. If he had not kidnapped the princess of Gwent in the castle of Camelot -- and everyone else that he took --, then Arthur would not have known who he was; that he was a druid. He would have believed the same story that he and Isadora were telling everyone else: that he was some knight of Gwent. "If you continue to single yourself out as an enemy, then I will treat you as thus." Meaning, he would act more hostile if Alistair did not demonstrate compliance. Whether it be arresting him, or sending him out of the kingdom. Arthur was getting intolerant of the druid's blatant disregard and disrespect. He had tried. For Isadora's sake, Arthur had tried. But the man was unresponsive to Arthur's 'request'. He felt he had the right to wander wherever he pleased in the home of another, where he was already notoriously known. To top everything off, the laws against those of magic was not abolished. And Arthur had seen magic used for more evil than good in the world . . . so the damn druid should just appreciate the fact that he even let him step one foot inside Camelot.

"No one is going to take her," Not while he was here to make sure it did not happen. Besides; it was a kidnapping it was worried about. It was something darker and more deadly. It was his foes; his sister or his father's sins that Alistair expected here tonight. "You kidnapped her to humiliate the Pendragon name, no one will take her now." Perhaps he should admit to wanting to know the escape patterns; for his real reason. Surely a man who had so much to loose would understand. "You made yourself an enemy in this castle, no one here is an enemy of the Princes of Gwent."
No; but they were of him and his. Pendragon was like a curse when you stepped into some circles and he sat up here and liked to ignore the fact that his father was a murderer and until lately he had been known as the bully in his footsteps. "If you continue to single yourself out as an enemy, then I will treat you as thus." "I have made no actions against you." Not yet. "Let us not pretend, Pendragon; we are behaving only on the request of a woman. You have your ways of protecting what is yours and I have mine. I will not loose her now."
"You and yours have many foes; should one make their stand tonight I am getting mine out of your stones before they fall down upon her head." He admitted; his voice not heated, but strong. "I am not the enemy you should fear."

"I have made no actions against you." Now that was utterly laughable. For the current moment he had not, but they both knew that Arthur had many reasons not to trust him, and he knew the feeling was mutual. He had made no actions against him, but he had not shown the slightest understanding as to why Arthur would not want him to wander around his home. At least his next words were something he could agree with: they were behaving on the request of a woman. "The Princess Isadora spoke of how you deserved a chance. Of how you were justified in what you did." Which Arthur still did not believe it, for at the end of the day, it had been about the money. "Her affections for you is why you are able to stand in my home right now." Arthur's home; and his allowance to do this should not be trivialized. "Something you should not take for granted," he added. Which was what he felt Alistair was already doing.
Alistair's words of him single handedly protecting Isadora, reminded Arthur of what she had said that Alistair believed; that knights were incapable of protecting her. He hated hearing that; that knights efforts were trivial when any one of them would lay down their lives for their sovereign. Or at least, Arthur believed that of the knights of Camelot . . . as being men of the utmost honor. "You do not need to roam around my home, to get her to safety." For if, IF something did happen . . . then it was not as if Alistair could just make a run for it. The knights would secure the areas, making sure people got out and he refused to let his men's capabilities be questioned. "I do not fear you," he corrected. "I do not trust you." A blunt statement, but neither were bothering to be overly polite right now. Besides, it was the truth. Alistair could claim that he was not doing anything wrong, but he had already done it . . . and he showed no remorse for it whatsoever. Arthur did not trust him, nor did he like him.

Alistair knew that the only reason he was here was because of his princess' having spoken to the prince before him and having cleared the air. He didn't however like having it reminded to him by the boy king. He said nothing; only watching the man impassibly while he spoke to him. It annoyed him to no end that he could not just treat this boy like Vaughn and smack him.
Vaughn was not a man of strong loyalty; but Alistair knew he had it with him. Even with the man's loyalty they had their share of brawls. Knowing that if he treated this 'prince' such a way that it would end with both of their lives as forfeit (cause one of them would die, and if it was the prince Alistair would be killed in return) meant that he could do nothing. He was not good at turning words and repeating himself with out getting annoyed. Nor did he want to stand here and defend himself to a man who did not trust him and never would.
Alistair stared at him while he talked and when he was done he; turned right around and silently walked down the hallway. He didn't excuse himself or make up some lie of some place he had to be or some person to find. Nor did he head back to his room.

Arthur watched him, unsure what to expect from him. As he just stared . . . and stared . . . and stared some more. Arthur said nothing in return. He kept the stare, or glare, or whatever the hell they were doing. It reminded him of the time they had 'sparred', and the two had just exchanged intense looks back and forth. It was clear Alistair was not a man of words . . . more of such a man than Arthur. Finally, there was movement but instead of the druid opening his mouth to speak, he turned around and walked away. Arthur said nothing to stop him. Though he doubted the man learned his lesson, suddenly decided to be respectful and return to his room or join the other knights -- as he had been instructed to do so. No. Arthur knew better than that. And just from their one conversation, he also knew that talking to him was not going to get them anywhere.
That it would resolve nothing. Arthur would have to see for himself what the man had up his sleeve. With Alistair's back towards him, Arthur just shook his head. When there was enough distance, and Alistair turned the corner of the hall, Arthur decided to follow him. He knew he should be doing something else, or seeing someone else . . . but he did know what this druid was going to do, and ensuring Camelot's safety and security was part of Arthur's job. So he decided to follow him, making sure to remain out of sight from him, but knowing which general direction he was heading towards.

Alistair wasn't going to spend anymore time talking in circles tot he nobles here. Either they wanted to talk about what had lead Arthur up to this point or ask about his family. He didn't want to talk about either; which meant he had not answered quite a few things or ignored them and asked his own question.
Alistair paused to look behind him; having sworn he could hear the faint echos of steps behind; as the stones trapped the sounds but when he looked nothing was there. In the woods he would have known that someone was following him; however as it stood he only could guess. With so many walking down halls and people filling this damn castle it was hard to tell.
Turning back and walking deeper down the hall he came to a four way cross. He looked up and down the halls before following the one with windows. Looking out them he could tell he was growing near to a new exit. Out the windows there was a small court yard with nobles filling it. Steps leading down to the courtyard was just down the hall. If you crossed the opening was there another faster way out? Alistair moved down the hall; and with a last look behind him; walked down the steps to join the people below. He wasn't going to do more then nod in passing as he had places to see and exits to find.

Arthur had to make sure he was as elusive as possible. For if Alistair knew for a fact that he was following him, then he would not be able to see what the druid was really up to. Thus far, it was nothing illegal. He seemed to really just be searching his home for . . . exits? Was that truly what this was all about? It by no means made Arthur trust him any more, just because he was doing what he actually said he would. He still did not condone his behavior, and still did not like the liberty he had taken to aimlessly wander through the castle. He remained concealed when he noticed that Alistair was descending the steps, heading towards a group of nobles.
But not just any nobles; it was Prince Vortigern and his minions. Arthur had mixed feelings about the prince of Sorelia. He tended to say things to offend, yet they did not seem unintentionally spoken. Arthur did not know him well, but well enough to know that if Alistair was trying to blend in with a noble crowd, the Sorelian prince and his knights were not a good choice. Still staying hidden, he stood at an angle that made him unable to be seen from their view, but allowed Arthur to get a clear image of what was about to unfold. And he doubted it would be anything pleasant. Or maybe Alistair found a crowd that he would be able to consort with. Either way, Arthur would watch and see. And make sure that the volatile druid did not initiate any sort of behavior that displayed . . . dishonor.

-------Vortigern was not having fun. This entire journey to Camelot was an utter waste of time. He did not want to come here to show support. He would rather charge to Camelot to declare war. With the king so weak, and his unexperienced son taking over, it would have provided the opportune moment. But his father thought differently. He always thought differently. So Vortigern was forced to suffer at the company of these people. What was even more horrendous about all this, was the fact that commoners were becoming knights. What kind of world were they living in where this was acceptable? Where men who were meant to be merchants and bakers, were suddenly becoming knights; granted high positions in the royal household. Vortigern disapproved. He strongly disapproved.
-------But to say such things in the presence of others, would only arouse distaste and he had promised his father to be on his 'best behavior'. As if he was a child who need be reminded of such things. For now, Vortigern was in the company of his own men. Men who would understand his words, and would encourage them and laugh along. Even if it was out of fear of what he would do if they defied him. "Now gentleman, this is the world we live in," he began to say, holding a goblet of wine he had taken from the grand hall. He would not survive this evening without alcohol. He was not drunk however. No no. He was just being his obnoxious and rude self. "A world where rank means nothing. Where the dirt beneath our feet, suddenly become praised and rewarded." The dirt being commoners of course.
-------This very concept infuriated Vortigern, and he did not wish to be allied with such a kingdom. It was weak and would only be a matter of time before the entirety of Camelot crumbled. He noticed a knight approaching to join them. And decided to take this opportunity to preach his disapproval to a broader audience. "You there," he said, refusing to call him 'Sir' for Vortigern called no one Sir. Even if this knight was a noble, Vortigern would always hold a higher rank. He was born into a royal family. He would always be higher on the social hierarchy. "How would you feel if a commoner assumed a role as knight?" Surely, not all knights could be accepting of this. It was bloody ridiculous! "Tell me honestly." A command rather than request. Vortigern did not speak without authority to those beneath him. "Is it not despicable that unworthy men are given more than they are entitled to?" Unworthy men, being non noble ones.

"Now gentleman, this is the world we live in, a world where rank means nothing. Where the dirt beneath our feet, suddenly become praised and rewarded." Alistair looked over at the idiots while walking down the steps and ignored them. He disagreed but this wasn't his battle and he cared not for the idea of 'pure bloods' and 'common blood'; for when he spoke of bloodlines it was from father to son; mother to daughter. There was no blood that was better nor worse. Ranks were nothing but men who took the power and given them the name.
"You there! How would you feel if a commoner assumed a role as knight?" As Alistair was a 'commoner' and a knight he ignored the comment for a moment but the man (who ever he was) kept going. "Tell me honestly. Is it not despicable that unworthy men are given more than they are entitled to?" He paused walking for a moment and looked at the group. All together there was six of them; but he was used to being the druid out numbered by knights only bold in numbers. "Better a strong blood who earned then a man of cold blood who did nothing but get birthed."
He was not normally a person who said things to anger others; he normally ignored and walked away not caring to speak up. For some reason this man irked him. Perhaps it was all the nobles; for the fat one had been talking earlier. Perhaps it was spending him in her world were knight did not let things pass. He didn't know.
