Soon. Yes. One day soon. Right now, there was so much danger that surrounded them. He knew it was his fault, for it was his sister who sought the throne -- and his life in the process. As well as Guinevère's. A child in the world would give Morgana more to target, yet at the same time, his heart longed for one. Whenever fate decided it was their time, they would have a child. And it would be well worth the wait and desperate longing for one in all these years. He looked at her softly, unable to even consider what it would have been to come home without her . . . alive. To lie in this bed without her. To live every day in her absence. The thought was terrifying enough that it could easily make Arthur lose sleep.
But he didn't have to, because she was here with him. When her hand came to his cheek, he turned his head to the side, letting his lips brush against the palm of her hand in a light kiss. When she slid her arms around him, he returned the gesture, holding her close and finding such strong serenity in this current position. Though he made sure not to fall asleep, for he would not sleep before she did. "Do you need anything Guinevère?" He asked. More food? Water? Medicine? Was she comfortable? Could he give her anything to help her sleep or make her feel better? He just wanted to be sure, for he knew that right now she should be eating and hydrating herself . . . yet at the same time, did not want to push her if she was feeling too tired.

"Just you." She was her whispered reply, and her words proved trust as she did not move from his hold all night. Eventually she fell asleep for a short while, but awoken again, feeling the fear returned from the dream she had. Arthur held her until it eased. She had eventually drank more of the stew, and some water. Yet most of the night and morning she just sat in her husband's arms.
Elyan came earlier then Gaius had asked, but she did not mind. It was good to see her brother whom she loved so much. She was surprised that no one asking for details on what happened, but grateful too. Soon she knew they would need to know, for if Morgana did it once she could do it again to any of them.
When her most beloved brother took his leave, she sat at the table. He had brought with him some lunch and she had not eaten much. More then she had in days, but still not a great deal. She was drinking more water however, and felt a bit calmer.
At supper Merlin came with Elyan, and she spoke them for a while. Guinevère was able to eat a bit more, but still left most of the food untouched. After her brother kissed her cheek, and she gave him a soft smile, she watched Arthur let them out. As he walked back to her she spoke again, feeling stronger but still on edge from the last few days. "It is beginning to feel real. Being home."
