Once again Gwaine was in the tavern. However, this time he had dragged Griff along with him, rather than one of his fellow knights. A lot of the knights, quite rightly really, didn’t trust his style of a good night out. Though Gwaine was sure that the knights, such as Elyan and Percival, had had one of the best nights of their lives with him, both had ended in the hangover to end all hangovers, so perhaps that had put them off a little. Gwaine was seasoned to such things, but that didn’t mean his friends were as good at shaking off a hangover as he was. He should probably have learnt that by now but eh, Gwaine wouldn’t be giving up his drinking anytime soon, he therefore just had to find different people to drink with.
Griff had been his first choice tonight, he had been quite surprised to run into the man in Camelot, a few months after seeing him in the northern lands. The lad had been in a bad shape back there, but he looked a lot better now, even Gwaine had to admit that he was impressed. Giving his friend a grin, he sunk his lips into his ale. He was quite good friends with Griff already, and it was a happy coincidence that now they had both found a permanent home in Camelot, where they had been little more than nomads a few months ago. Though of course they were living in Camelot now, they were living completely different lives. Griff had a more domestic future ahead of him than Gwaine did, but he was fine with that. Gwaine had no intention of settling down anytime soon.
Having already decided between them that a drinking competition would be a bad idea, because Gwaine had training in the morning and he supposed that Griff’s woman wouldn’t be too happy if he turned up drunk, Gwaine was now trying to think of something else to entertain them with. They could gamble, but no one would play against Gwaine, mainly because they knew they would lose in the fight that usually ensued after one of his game of cards. Taking another sip of his ale, he looked around the tavern. It was quite full, and there wasn’t a shortage of beautiful women either. As Gwaine set down his ale again, an idea came to him, “Alright I have an idea.” He declared rather boldly, “Or more, I have a wager for you. Shall we see who is the most charming of us both?” Of course Gwaine was going to win but eh he could give Griff some hope that he might stand a chance at beating him, “The least charming would have to buy drinks for the other for the rest of the night, of course.” He explained, quite proud of his new idea. Really, he couldn’t lose.

Griff had been roped into drinks with Gwaine, and alright, yes when he said "roped" he meant Gwaine had turned up and said he was going to the tavern and asked if Griff was going too. He used the term lightly. The knight was one of the few people that Griff actually enjoyed drinking with - he was certainly one of the few people that was used to drinking as much as he did. Well, not including Caitrin and Rouland, but he couldn't go out drinking like this with Caitrin because she was a girl, and this was a boy's night out, and no one drank as much as Rouland. Even if Griff did though, it certainly wouldn't be a social event.
It was rather fortunate then, that Gwaine and Griff had happened to meet again in Camelot and become rather good friends. They were quite similar really - both full of their own importance and abilities, and both stubborn enough to argue about such importance for hours. As it happened, arguing about their own importance was exactly what they had been doing. Gwaine was a self-proclaimed ladies man, and until recently, Griff had been too. He'd found Caitrin though, and while he had no intention of going back to his womanising ways, he was still convinced that he was better at it than Gwaine. It was therefore no surprise that Gwaine should propose such a wager. It was a challenge rather readily accepted.
A grin formed on his lips - this would certainly liven up the evening. He looked around, the tavern was full of some rather attractive women, and although he had no intention of engaging in anything beyond a few innocent flirtations, he could still appreciate that fact. "You might want to get your purse ready," he replied confidentaly, "we both know how this will end."

Taking a swig of his drink, Gwaine grinned across at his friend. Aside from Merlin and Gwen, Griff was the only friend he had outside the knightly group. They had met each other in quite strange circumstances, and really they shouldn’t have ever met each other again. Gwaine had met many men on the road, but Griff was the first one to pop up in his life again, and he was glad of it. He was also glad that his friend was a lot perkier than the last time they had met up. As at first Griff had been moping around at the fact that he and his fiancée had had some sort of lover tiff. Gwaine still didn’t really understand it, but neither did he want to. Clearly Gwaine’s advice had been wrong, and Griff had been right to hold a flag out for his lady as he was now getting ready to be married. It was a path Gwaine was yet to find appealing, but if it worked for Griff then it was up to him.
Gwaine pulled a face at Griff and quickly drained his tankard, “Just because you got one woman to agree to marry you does not mean that your levels of charm come close to mine.” He was of course jesting, but his words were at the same time very true. Gwaine could charm more women than Griff, and it was a fact not just an opinion. After all, Griff only had to charm and keep one woman happy now, Gwaine still had most of the ladies in Camelot to get through, therefore he was the better charmer, because he was still in shape in that respect. “You have to charm one woman, I still get to pick and choose my women.” He chuckled and looked around the tavern, there certainly were enough pretty faces for them to choose between, but where to start? “So I do know how this will end.” He ended reasonably and rather smugly. Now, how would they do this? They couldn’t both charm the same woman, that would be insane, “Why don’t we choose a woman each for the other to charm?” He asked, as that sounded like it could go horribly wrong, but be incredibly amusing at the same time. He should probably pick someone who looked like Griff’s wife, he might not be able to charm her as well, maybe he might even feel guilty. It was dirty tactics, but Gwaine was determined to prove his point, “I’ll go first, then you can pick a woman out for me.” He pressed his lips together, not really waiting for Griff’s approval before pointing his finger to a foreign looking woman stood near the bar. She was young, brunette and quite beautiful, “Go for it.” He clapped Griff on the back, and took a sip of the drink the barmaid had just placed in front of him, waiting for his entertainment to begin.

Why was Gwaine doubting Griff's abilities? Didn't the man know that he was quite the charmer? He'd managed to build quite a reputation for himself, around the taverns anyway, one that he would be trying to hide from Caitrin if hers wasn't just as bad. Griff didn't care much for Gwaine's attitude - it implied that he'd been trying to get hundreds of women to marry him and Caitrin just happened to be the one to agree. Well, that couldn't be farther from the truth. Women were always throwing themselves at him - why wouldn't they? His face was rather nice - Caitrin wasn't the one who happened to agree, she was the one who made him want to ask. "And how many women have wanted to marry you?" Griff asked with the same light tone that Gwaine had used and took a sip from his drink. He didn't need an answer - Gwaine could easily say that there wasn't a woman alive who didn't want to marry him, but without any proof of that fact Griff wasn't going to believe him.
He didn't have to charm anyone, Griff thought rather petulantly. The man was making it sound like a chore, well that certainly wasn't the correct attitude to have. No wonder he wasn't very good at it. Gwaine's words were, no doubt, said to make Griff jealous. Of course he wouldn't be trying it on with other women, but it was hardly something to be regretful about. Why would he want to seduce other women when there was Caitrin? And yes, his sense of self-preservation also prevented him from doing such, but mainly it was the fact that he was more than happy with his new found state as a one woman man. "I can guarantee whoever you "pick and choose" will be nowhere near as good as Caitrin." His words were continuing their jest, but they were also said with a sense of pride. She was the best woman he knew, one of the best people he knew, and she was going to marry him - mad woman that she was.
Griff had suspected Gwaine would suggest this - no doubt he'd already found someone for him; someone who he really didn't want to be charming at all. He didn't particularly want to follow Gwaine's finger, having already decided that he wouldn't like whoever he'd picked out, so he took another swig of his ale before turning his head and oh, she wasn't too bad actually. She didn't look like she was around here though, which could be a problem if she didn't speak English...maybe that had been Gwaine's plan. How annoying of him. He downed his drink before standing up and looked down at his friend. "Watch and learn, my friend." He said before making his way over to the woman.

Caitrin had been out for most of the afternoon visiting friends. Well, when Griff had told her he was spending his time with his friend, she couldn’t see why she should miss out on some of the fun. Plus, she hadn’t wanted to be inside with her Uncle all afternoon anyway. It was late on in the evening now, but Caitrin hadn’t yet thought to return home. She fancied a drink before she returned back to the estate; she doubted that Griff would come home tonight. They weren’t married yet, but he practically lived at the estate already. Not that she minded of course, they were soon to be married, so it was good to know they could live under the same roof and not want to kill each other. Caitrin pushed the door open to the tavern, but didn’t really look around. She doubted anyone she knew was in here anyway, and all she wanted was one drink and then to return home to the estate. Her Uncle was probably wondering where she was anyway, and she had had a long day.
Setting herself down in the corner, trying not to attract that much attention to herself, she asked the barmaid who was passing her by to get her a wine. She doubted it would be anything a good as her Uncle’s wine, but anything was better than ale. She really couldn’t stomach the stuff, and often wondered how Griff could drink it. Though she wasn’t allowed to complain too much, her Uncle always preferred it if Griff drunk the ale, because it meant that he wasn’t drinking his wine. Caitrin was always the one to steal the wine so it didn’t make that much difference anyway. She had inherited a taste for the finer things in life from her Uncle. However, right now she just wanted a quiet drink to herself.
The woman brought her back her drink, and as predicted the wine was bitterer than Caitrin was used to, but he was quite tired so it went down quite easily. Taking a couple of sips, she finally looked around the tavern. Not so long ago she would have been looking for a man to try her charms on, but not now, she was a happily engaged woman. There was no harm in a little flirtation, but she no longer expected or wanted anything from it. She had Griff, and it was all she wanted and needed. There was a man at the bar grinning at her, she flashed him a quick smile before returning to her drink.

Well of course that was going to be Griff’s line of defence wasn’t it? True, Gwaine hadn’t asked any woman to marry him, but that was mainly because he had no interest in a wife just yet. He’d never been in the position to have one before now, he’d hardly had a stable lifestyle before becoming a knight of Camelot. He had rather liked the solitary lifestyle before now anyway, “How do you know I don’t have a wife waiting for me in each of the five kingdoms?” He asked confidently, chuckling into his ale, because it was completely possible that Gwaine had been married before. After all, what woman could ever resist him? In some ways, Gwaine was warming to the idea of a wife, his friend didn’t seem to loved up, and he had a woman to warm his bed every night, or he would do once he was married. The latter was incredibly appealing to Gwaine, but she would have to be a very special woman to tempt him night after night.
Hmm, now Gwaine could do one of two things here. He could argue that Griff was wrong, and that any woman in this tavern was just as good as his Lady, or he could just nod, and let it slide. Naturally Griff would think that no one could beat the woman who would soon be his wife, after all, if he thought that there was another woman who could compare then he wouldn’t be marrying her would he? Gwaine could see that such an argument wouldn’t go well for either of them, after all, he wouldn’t agree until he saw the woman in question, but even then he probably wouldn’t agree to the extent that Griff did. “You sound quite sure of that.” Gwaine teased softly, taking yet another sip of his ale.
Gwaine had a small sort of grin on his face as Griff agreed to try and charm the woman at the end of the bar. He hoped she didn’t speak English, because it would be too funny to see Griff try to improvise, because his friend was one to admit defeat so easily, “I doubt I’ll be doing much learning, but I will be watching.” Gwaine reassured his friend and chuckled as he watched him make his way over to the woman. Gwaine quickly found his attentions diverted by a young woman who returned his grin. He inclined his tankard towards her before returning to his drink. He probably would have tried his luck with her if he didn’t have to wait for Griff to assign him a woman.

Griff Aubert may have been a self-professed ladies man, but he never had any complaints - well apart from Caitrin and she only did it to wind him up - and so it was with confidence and his signature flashy grin that he made his way over to the brunette woman. He supposed she was fairly attractive, not that he was really thinking about that sort of thing. As far as he was concerned, the girl was nothing more than proof to Gwaine that he could have anyone he wanted, regrdless of whether he actually did want them or not. It seemed he hadn't matured much, but at least his motives had changed somewhat. Instead of trying it on with the girl in the hopes of taking her back to his, or being invited into her bed, he was merely making a point.
He walked over to her, making sure that when he reached her he was on one side, so Gwaine would have a full view and could fully appreciate his effect on women. It had been quite a while since he'd last flirted with a woman - or rather since he'd last flirted with a woman who wasn't Caitrin or his brother's ladyfriend but neither of them really counted. The girl had obviously noticed him - well, how couldn't she? - so he ran a hand through his hair, messing it up slightly before flashing her a grin. "Hello." The girl gave a small smile, downcasting her eyes for a moment before looking back up at him. Griff repressed the urge to smirk back at Gwaine. Yes, it really was this easy. "So..." he shuffled slightly closer to her, "Would you like a drink?"
The girl didn't answer, she just continued smiling at him, rather expectantly actually. Griff was just confused. Oh...she was foreign, wasn't she? Bloody Gwaine. Right then. "Erm," why had he left his tankard on the table? Oh yes because that would make things easier. "Drink?" He curved his hand, holding an imaginery tankard and turning his wrist to "drink" in. "Yes?" She still didn't reply. Well she was getting one anyway.
Less than five minutes later, they both had drinks and the girl was laughing, although whether that was at him or with him Griff couldn't be certain, but then Gwaine wouldn't be able to tell either so it didn't matter. However, now that he'd established she didn't have any idea what he was saying, he didn't see any point in continuing their acquaintance. He'd proven that he could charm any woman, or he'd proven that he could appear to charm any woman and really that was the same thing. He downed the last of his drink before clearing his throat. The girl had stopped laughing, so he took this as his oppurtunity to leave. "Well it was a pleasure to meet you...whatever your name is..." He took his hand in his own, kissed it, gave her a wink and then turned to make his way back to Gwaine. Well, that had all gone rather well.
"I hope you took notes," he said as soon as he sat down, a grin on his face. Now it was his turn to choose, and he was determined to find someone as hard as possible. He started scanning the ro- wait...what was Caitrin doing here? Could he...no, she wouldn't appreicate that. But then she wouldn't give Gwaine the time of day no matter how hard he tried...so this could only go well... "Right, redhead over there," he inclined his head to where Caitrin was sat by herself. "Good luck."

Gwaine wasn’t sure how much of this he actually wanted to watch. He was confident in his opinion that he wasn’t going to be learning anything tonight. Griff might think he had it all, but he only had to worry about flirting with one woman now, and she was going to marry him eventually so how hard could it be to win her over? Taking a sip of his drink, Gwaine watched his friend as he began to converse with the woman. Hmm, hopefully she wouldn’t speak any English, now that would amuse Gwaine no end. It looked like his suspicions were correct, he couldn’t hear another voice joining the murmurs in the tavern; was the woman speaking at all? Gwaine raised his eye brows, surprised Griff kept it up as long as he did. Gwaine just stayed watching, he had to concede that the woman looked happy enough, and Griff hadn’t gotten himself beaten up by a jealous husband or fiancée just yet so it all looked to be going quite well; how annoying. Gwaine had hoped that the woman would just walk off, or call for help or just anything to show that he was right, and that Griff wasn’t as good a flirt as he was.
As Griff regained him, he took in another swig of his drink before bracing himself for what was going to come next. There was no way that Griff was better than him, he hadn’t even got a small peck from the woman, or anything. True, he had a fiancée to think about, but Gwaine had no such boundaries, so he would be putting all his efforts into his challenge to prove he had the better skills. Gwaine smirked at Griff, “On what? I didn’t need any tips, I’m skilled enough without your help.” He told his friend before taking another sip of his ale. Gwaine knew how good he was, he didn’t need Griff to feed his ego in that respect as well. He followed his friends view, to the red haired woman who had been smiling a few moments ago. He thought for a moment Griff was having him on, but no, he was serious. Gwaine stood up and took his ale with him, “This won’t take long.” He said rather confidently and walked towards the woman in question.
She certainly was a pretty little thing, and Gwaine had seen her about Camelot a few times. “May I sit here my Lady? A woman of your beauty should not have to drink in silence.” That didn’t really work, but Gwaine was just going to roll with it. The woman looked quite surprised and seemed to be looking him up and down which meant his ego was just increasing in size by the moment. The woman sat back in her seat, and held up a hand,
“Before you take a seat, I warn you that my fiancée can be quite a jealous man.” She held up her hand to show off her ring, but Gwaine couldn’t tell whether she was joking or not so he shrugged,
“Is he here tonight my Lady?” She shook her head so Gwaine took the seat opposite her, “Then I fail to see the problem.” He took her hand, and before she could protest he placed a small kiss above where her finger lay, “For now, I wish only to please you.” The woman wasn’t blushing which put him out a little, but he released her hand and grinned at her, resisting the urge to look quite smugly back at Griff.

The wine really was quite bitter, but it was going down easily enough. Caitrin was drinking it slowly, and was lost in her thoughts mainly. Nothing interesting was going round in her mind, she wondered if Griff was going to come and stay at her estate tonight, but if he did what state would he turn up in? Hmm. Her Uncle had now just got used to having him around, and tolerated him if nothing else. Caitrin was sure Rouland did like Griff, he just failed to show it in any capacity really. Caitrin continued to sip at her drink, not really giving anyone much notice until the man who had been smiling at her from the bar. She just looked on at him, quite confused at first that he had approached her, because she hadn’t been in this situation for quite some time. Whenever she had been at feasts it had been with Griff, so no man would look twice at her.
Caitrin found a small grin forming on her lips, clearly this man didn’t know her or her soon to be husband at all. If he did, then she doubted he would be trying on his charms like this. Caitrin had flirted with men like this before, and though she was jesting about Griff being a jealous man she was quite impressed by the fact that the man was still trying to flirt with her despite being told she had a fiancée. She could have sent him away, but then where would be the fun in that? She wasn’t interested in him in that sort of way, she had Griff now and that was all she wanted, but where was the harm in letting herself have a little fun? She hadn’t flirted with anyone beside Griff in some time, and Jesu knows she might even be losing her touch.
“Who said I needed you to please me?” Caitrin asked with a raised eye brow as she looked over the man, “I already have a fiancée who fulfils that need.” The man was amused by that, and he chuckled and shook his head, leaning slightly closer towards her,
“I can show you what you are missing out on my Lady.” He suggested with a wide grin on his face. Caitrin took a sip of her wine and smirked at him,
“And what exactly would that be?” She asked him, setting down her wine. Somehow this didn’t have the same excitement to it that flirtations with Griff would bring to her. With him it just came naturally, this felt a little wooden at best. Perhaps it was because she wasn’t completely invested in this. She didn’t really want anything out of it after all. The man shrugged at her,
“Well I could tell you, but first would you grace me with your name?” Caitrin smirked, she didn’t want to give her name away straight away because she was having too much fun with this at the moment.
“Perhaps I don’t want to tell you my name.” If Caitrin had expected that to faze the man she had been wrong, instead he began rhyming off a list of names that he would give her instead of her own. That just continued his flirtation, and Caitrin was enjoying herself, and laughed a little as he decided one of his favourite names for her was something along the lines of ‘Red Goddess’. The only redeeming part of that was the fact that he did concede it was too cliché to be her actual name. She knocked back her wine, still chuckling at the man’s words, “You can do better than that, surely?”

Griff was fairly confident that Caitrin would not only be very uninterested, but would have no problem in getting rid of Gwaine. He knew firsthand how good Caitrin was at getting rid of unwanted attention – not that that had really stopped him but his intentions then had been slightly more unsavoury than a simple wager between friends. And besides, Caitrin had better taste so there was nothing to be worried about at all. Gwaine didn’t know the first thing about charming someone like her – she was completely mad and stubborn and wouldn’t appreciate any of his advances. Alright, he was fully aware that she had a reputation to match his but even so. He’d stopped being a complete cad and so had she so there was no reason for him to be quite so nervous. Oh this was a disaster. It was sort of a self-instigated disaster, but one nonetheless. A wiser man would probably take this as a moment to reflect because really, quite a lot of Griff’s disasters seemed to be self-inflicted and could probably be avoided by things like not asking your friend to flirt with your fiancée but Griff wasn’t a wiser man, he was a panicking, self-absorbed, self-inflicted disaster ridden man.
He couldn’t hear what was being said between Gwaine and Caitrin, but he had already decided he didn’t approve. He knew what they were both like. Of course he trusted both – well, he trusted Caitrin at least – but that wasn’t the point. She’d be annoyed if he started flirting with random women, despite the fact that she got a free drink out of that too apparently that “wasn’t the point”. Well what was the point then? She hadn’t answered which was just rude and also not helping with the situation at hand. This was probably another opportunity for self-reflection. He hadn’t managed to put an end to the inappropriate flirting because he’d distracted himself with an annoyance that occurred weeks ago. Right. Anyway. Focus on the task at hand.
He wasn’t exactly sure what he was going to do, but he was hoping just his presence would be enough. That was the plan. And it was a perfectly good plan, or at least it was the best he was going to come up with because this was an emotional time. Trying to be as nonchalant as possible, he walked over to where the two were sat and on reaching them flashed them a grin. “So...what do you think of my fiancée then?” See. Calm. Casual. Like an actual person who could function in social situations...it was all going so well until he mouth rebelled and he practically shouted, “Cait! Why are you flirting with this man?!”

Gwaine really needed to get this woman’s name out of her. Though he didn’t mind just giving women nicknames while charming them, he wasn’t doing this to get the woman into bed. He was just charming her so he could get one up on Griff. Though, if the woman did decided to bend to his temptations, he was sure Griff would understand if there was a quick end to their evening. He grinned a little at the thought and looked over the woman. He was sure he knew her from somewhere, but he couldn’t remember where. Gwaine was never one to put too much thought into these things, so he took another sip from his ale, and looked over the woman once more. She was a pretty little thing, but this wasn’t getting him anywhere, and there was no way that he was going back to Griff with his tail between his legs. Gwaine knew he was the better charmer by far; his friend had gone soft from charming the same woman all the time. He just thought he was better than he was.
“So are you going to tell me your name, or do I have to keep giving you nicknames all evening?” He asked, reaching out to take her hand again. She pulled it away, and Gwaine cocked his head to the side, “Have I offended you?” She smirked but shook her head,
“No, I’ve just heard it all before.” She took a sip of her wine, and tucked some hair behind her ear,
“From your beloved fiancée no doubt?” He asked, and now the woman really was smirking,
“Him, and a few before.” She shrugged and drained her wine,
“Let me get you another drink.” He offered, but the woman looked a little put out,
“I should be getting home, my Uncle will worry.” She was teasing him, Gwaine could see that, but something about what she had said struck him for a moment, and he hoped he was horribly wrong,
“That’s the first time I’ve heard a woman be worried about the opinion of her Uncle, rather than the father.” He said, partly to draw information out of the woman,
“I stopped caring about the opinion of my father when I came to Camelot.” She said, smirking but Gwaine had stopped smirking and he was actually starting to put two and two together, but before he could say anything Griff had appeared again. He looked up from Gwaine and back to the woman,
“Your-?” He broke off and just wanted to not be here in the slightest. However, the first emotion he felt wasn’t embarrassment, it was irritation, “You set me up!” He complained, and then looked at the red haired woman who was just looking bewildered at the pair. Griff had obviously just been jealous of his charming abilities and had set him up with his fiancée to stop him in his tracks. “You owe me a drink.” Gwaine finally settled on, “For cheating.” He then looked back to Caitrin as Griff snapped at her, “If you’re going to be angry direct it at him; I had nothing to do with this.”

Caitrin found the man in front of her mildly amusing at best. Maybe a few years ago she would have put more effort into her flirtations, but she didn’t really want anything from this man, she was just filling a gap in her evening. It told her at least that she hadn’t lost any of her charm, despite having only been in contact with Griff in an intimate way for so long. She didn’t feel like she had missed out on anything, or that she wanted to have eyes for anyone else apart from her betrothed. Caitrin loved Griff, and that was that, but it didn’t hurt to exchange a few words of flirtation. She pulled her hand away from the man because she didn’t want to lead him on completely. Words were fine, but she had a limit now or so she would like to think. Caitrin had stopped thinking of men like that after Griff had come back to her. After Celyn she hadn’t been able to bring herself to even consider the idea for a while. She stopped seeing Pip sometime ago as well, though she was sure he would eventually come into her life again. He had a habit of doing that.
She wasn’t really giving him much to work with, but Caitrin was learning that the man was incredibly persistent. In truth she was just amused by him, and she couldn’t understand why he hadn’t found another woman to annoy yet seeing as she wasn’t giving him much. Now she didn’t even have her wine to distract herself with. Caitrin was about to leave, when suddenly someone else joined them, “Griff?” She furrowed her brow at him, wasn’t he supposed to be drinking with- Oh great. So this was Gwaine then was it? She should have guessed as much. Caitrin was just incredibly confused, and flinched as Griff snapped at her. He hardly ever shouted at her, and she didn’t like the sensation. People in the tavern were looking at them, and Caitrin looked down, slightly flustered before she finally raised her eyes to her betrothed. She had no idea what was going on, Gwaine was going on about cheating and Griff was annoyed at her. This was why she never came to the tavern; it never ended well.
Caitrin bit her lip and ran her hand through her hair, “Griff I’m sorry I didn’t mean-“ Something clicked in her head, “Wait, what on earth is going on here? Were you spying on me?” She asked him, the offence in her tone was obvious. Was this some kind of test to see if she was going to go off with another man and leave her engagement behind her? Gwaine still looked quite shocked, but Caitrin was starting to get annoyed with the situation. She felt like she was in the middle of something that she really didn’t want to be in. Caitrin stood up, and walked round the table until she was in front of Griff, “Why is he going on about cheating?” Gwaine was holding his hands up as if to profess his innocence and Caitrin disregarded him for the moment, and just folded her arms, and raised her eye brows at her fiancée, waiting for his answer.
