It wasn’t common for Rowan to met people along the road or in the forest, as they all wandered through at some times. At times Rowan didn’t talk to people, hiding away in the shadows, mostly when the knights rode by and people he didn’t think he could talk to. Because he thought because of the way he was that people just looked the over way and didn’t want to talk to someone who was as worthless as he was. A man who could not see was worth nothing, what could he do really he couldn’t go back to his the place he once called home he would never fit with there again and he would never find walk as he could not be a stable hand when he was blind. Though he truly could, magic was no allowed in Camelot and anyone who used it was sent to their death, so Rowan could never go back to the things he loved, as he had loved being with the horses, they were the only ones who seemed to understand him and he felt one with thing, he could also speak to them though the charm his father got him when he was a young boy, unknown to Rowan at the time what it was for.
As he could not see the women in front of him, he had to use to hearing to make up where she was. There were rare times when Rowan could see. The druids had showed him a spell that casted brightly lit orbs around a person, only seen by Rowan and others with magic, as he sometimes used it when he had to fight off bandits that might come along the road and pass him on the road, but it only lasted for sometime and he had to be careful where he spoke the words as magic could not he used everywhere. He waited for the women to answer his question, and he hated the fact he could not see. Sometimes he wished his life could go back to the way it was before he had gone blind. He would have still been a stable hand in the castle and he would be doing something he loved. Even though his father’s dreams of him being a knight were unable to be when he wasn’t blind and when he was blind, because knights were only of noble birth, and Rowan was not born that way.
When the women finally spoke and said she was looking for him. He drew a puzzled look on his face and raised an eyebrow. This woman was looking for him? Was this some kind of joke or something? What would anyone want with a worthless blind man? It was just so puzzling to Rowan, but he could tell there was truth in the women’s words. Huh.. he thought, still trying to get over the fact that she was looking for him. “Your looking for me?”, he said, knowing it was stupid to say something like that, she had just said he was looking for him but he was still in disbelief. “Why would you have reason to seek me out”. I mean of all the people to be looking for him? He wasn’t worth anything. He nodded his head at the next question, “Yes I have lived here many years alone”, he had been living in the forest so many years now that he had lost count 6 years? Maybe more he had lost count, it had always been him and Ayden and now this woman he had just met had been looking for him, as his mind questioned what reason would she have.

Rowan had lived most of his life in the forest, he had seen many people come and go through it's woods, many saw him and many didn't, he sometimes wasn't the type of person to let people know he was there. To him his world was untouched by pain, hurt, anger, and he could freely be who he was. Unlike in Camelot, his once true home, he could never be that young stablehand again. He knew this was his life now, a quiet, alone life with no one but Adyen, the trees and anyone that he happened to take back to he little camp he had deep in the woods. Which was far and few, becuase the druid had a hard time trusting people. He didn't know what they were like, he couldn't read face or see what people were thinking becuase of his blindness.
He was pretty much worthless when it came to anything, anything that could make him have the life he once had before, but being a person of magic and being blind didn't help. He could hide his magic, there was no troubles there, but his blindness could not just go away. It was part of who he was now, and who he would be for the rest of his life, just a blind man leaving in the forest for the rest of his life. Some night he would sit and wonder what his life would have been like if the fire hadn't started in the stables, if he hadn't gone in to save the horses, if his father had never died and his mother had never took her life. Would things have been better or worse if one or the many events had changed.
It was something he would never know. He had left his camp early this morning, after sleeping most of the day before. As living in the forest didn't leave you much to do. A walk had sounded nice, and you never knew who you met along the. Since he could not see, he had to use his hearing most of the time, plus Ayden to know what was going on around him. He carryed a long stick with him, as it served as a weapon and as a way of feelings away thing around him, by tipping it around on the ground when need, it was like a guiding stick when he was by himself and Ayden was not with him. The sliver winged falcon stood on his shoulder, a gift from the druids that had taken him in after he had left Camelot, and didn't know where to go, or who he was. They had taken him in, teached him the magic of the druids and how to fight, even if one was blind. He shook away his thoughts as he keep walking listening to the sounds of the wind going through the trees, when he heard a voice. It sounded like a womens voice but he could not tell, as he made his way closer to where he thought it came from. "What brings you to these parts?", he asked, wondering who she was, and of course he would not be able to tell becuase he could not see her.
[[haha no thats so funny! I saw it and I started to laugh so hard at the title]]

.:Birthplace:. Camelot .:Family:. Lillian Chaucer - former castle maid, dead Michale Chaucer - Druid/former boot maker, dead .:Occupation:. ex stable hand, now roams the forest .:Current Location of Residence:. The forests around Camelot .:History:.
Lillian was a lonely castle maid till the day he met young Michale who was a local boot maker in the city outside the castle of Camelot. She soon came to love him and took any time she could to get out of the castle to see him. They grew closer and closer with each time they saw eachother and soon they got married. They were as happy as they could be, still keeping there jobs and soon Rowan was born.
The two were happy to have a son. Michale wanted what was best for him only son, he wished that he wasn't a simple peasent and that his son could be a knight, the highest honor, but it was only for noble blood and noble Michale wasn't. As Rowan grew up things seemed normal and his parents were happy, that was until Rowan started to say the little mouse in there kicthen was talking to him. Lillian feared that other people might think him different, even though Michale had given his son a charm when he was younger, as he knew his son didn't know that his father was a druid. . As he got older Rowan kept to himself and barely told anyone that he could talk to animals but he didn't know the bigger one his father was hiding from him.
When Rowan was a young boy, he got a job being a stable hands for the castle. Rowan loved the job and loved the horses, feeling they were the closest things he had to a friend. They did judge him for being different and he loved being around them. Things seemed to get better, but things only go worse and Rowan's life was going to be changed forever.
His father was killed during a trip outside of Camelot. It hit Rowan pretty hard but it hit his mother even worse, it drove her in this dark place and she ended up taking her own life in the end. This left Rowan alone in the world, he had no other family. He kept working hard as a stable hand. And the years went by and things were going good, until one night there was a fire in the stables and as Rowan ran into the stables to try and free them, he was hit by one, which cuased him to go blind.
When things seemed all good in Rowan's life it seemed everytime he had a chance at something good, it was just taken away. With out his sight, he was unable to go his work. With no family and no work he made the choice to leave Camelot. To leave the one thing he loved doing, to leave all his friends. It was hard for him but he had to do it. It took him some time as he was getting use to being blind when he meet a group of traveling people. Who he would learn where peaceful druids and in fact his family. As Rowan learned that his father was in fact a druid which made Rowan one too.
He spent a few months with them and learned how to use magic, and they teached him how to fight, and he learned a spell that could help him 'see'. And it was then that he found out the charm he was given so many years ago helped him speak with animals. When his training was done and they felt he was ready to be out into the world on his own, they gave him a sliver winged falcon as a friend and someone to watch over Rowan. He accpeted the gift and left the druids feeling different then he had ever felt, better in fact. But he knew he could never return to Camelot, his dreams of being a knight when he was younger were gone becuase he was blind and not of noble birth, and the job he loved he could never return to becuase he was blind.
To him this being blind meant he was worthless and not able to do things like many other people. So not being able to go back to Camelot he went to live in the forest with him and his falcon, and has been there many years now, waiting for the right time where he has a sense of belonging to return to Camelot.
