.:Name of Character:. Morgause LeFay .:Nick Name:. N/A .:Age:. 24 .:Status:. Nomad
| ~ • ~ | Appearance | ~ • ~ |
.:Physical Appearance:. Despite everything that is disagreeable in Morgause's ways, she really has looks that can be admired to a certain extent. Light blond hair, which falls in curls to her lower back, she generally pins some back in small braids from her face, leaving the rest cascading freely. Her eyes are a dark hazel and often hold a calculating light to them, but are always cold and set forward, where her destiny and goal is. Her body type is slender and tall, and she likes it that way. She has strength to her, though she might not appear to. Just make sure you don't annoy her enough to unleash this anger, because you will most likely not live to tell the tale. She has a quick temper, a merciless hand and cold, stone heart, and this all is reflected in her appearance.
She keeps her dress styles very elegant and almost regal. She believes appearance is everything so her gowns are very high class and well made, as if spun by magic themselves. When going out, she will generally don her dark, wide-hooded cloak that works as protection against unwanted attention more than anything. .:Height:. 5'8'' .:Portrayed by:. Emilia Fox

.:Personality:. Morguase is a...difficult person to describe. But all around the first word that comes to your mind when thinking of this woman is down right diabolical. She's not into the whole 'mercy' thing, and she generally is thought of as selfish. But that couldn't be farthest from the truth. After all, she IS taking over Camelot just to allow Magic back into the people's midst. And it isn't just for her! It's for all her magic kin, and she WILL succeed, that you can count upon. She is level headed but stubborn, keeping to her own ways and loving her control over all who know they are on a lower level than her, especially men. .:Strengths:. + her power, not just within her magic abilities + her mind, in strategy and plotting + skills in sword combat + her stubbornness .:Weaknesses:. - her pompous attitude (it can get a bit deflated at times when she fails...that makes her angry) - stubbornness (a blessing and a curse) - seeing Morgana being harmed or offended - strawberries (what? Even evil master minds can have some taste!) .:Magic Abilities:. Morgause's most noticed magical abilities lie in spell, curse, charm, and enchantment casting. It is also seen that she is able to raise the dead's bodies to her own aid and heal others using potions, potions which also serve accompanied with enchantments to follow along with whatever plot she has “cooked up”. Morguase, when it comes down to it, is very powerful, though some of her enchantments and spells fail, having not enough potency or for whatever else reason. She generally blames all these failings on the closest possible person. .:Special Skills:. Sword combat, singing (yes, she sings. But not when anyone's around!), powerful leader... .:Accents:. High English
| ~ • ~ | History | ~ • ~ |
.:Birthplace:. Camelot .:Family:. Morgana (half-sister, living); Gorlois (father, deceased); Vivienne (presumed mother, deceased)
.:Occupation:. Destroying Camelot, heart and soul .:Current Location of Residence:. Cenred's Kingdom .:History:. Not much of Morgause's background is truly known. It is clouded with mystery, questions and concealed secrets, and some even claim she doesn't know all of it herself. All that is known is she was escorted from Camelot as an infant, under the secret command of Guius, the court physician. It is rumored that it happened close around the time of the proclamation that was made to rid Camelot and all the land of Magic, and since Morgause's mother possessed magic, there was a strong possibility that Morguase had inherited this gift from her mother at birth. She was brought to a concealed encampment where witches, sorcerers and sorceresses and their kind lived in near-peace and secret. Raised by these magical beings, she came to name them as her kin in both the Old Religion and as family, never knowing her true parents.
Morgause was trained under her 'kin' in the ways and art of magic and it became second nature to her, whilst her elders discussed among themselves about how powerful this little girl truly was. With every year she would grow, Morgause would discover more power in her magic, and would therefore be trained further in the ways of magic, finding strength and happiness when she was using her abilities in any way she pleased. She was free in her always-traveling encampment called home, and she felt completely herself. But when she came of age, and her encampment was actually attacked by soldiers who wanted good favor with the King of Camelot, Morgause can now only remember the anger inside her, the rage at watching her people, those of magic, being destroyed right before her. Such power and anger coursed through her veins, that she only remembers the satisfaction in killing absolutely all the soldiers in a purging fire that came from her own mind and hand. But it was too late for her kin then, and many of them were buried in the forest before those that were left alive decided it was all too much to remain like this, and they all parted ways, somehow leaving Morgause, who believed her 'kin' cared for her enough to bring her along, alone in her pathway that was now set up for her.
Many years later, after roaming from town to town on her own, using her abilities in the way she was trained to, she finally learned the truth of her life, at least one side of it. Morguase realized she would need much training, because she had set up a destiny for herself, a destiny that had claimed her at birth and sent her to where she needed to be for a time. And now this destiny was leading her straight back to Camelot, to King Uther, to destroy the town and land he had forced into submission, free of magic and all who possessed it...but not for long. Morgause plans to bring magic back to its rightful place in Camelot, straight onto the throne, meanwhile destroying Uther in any way possible. The war truly begins now.
