Amelia is always moving from one place to another, so she has a rough slightly tired look to her, she is also on the thin side. She has long wavy brown hair that sits just past her shoulders and green eyes that have been known to show a hint of sadness and loneliness. She has a scar on the left side of her neck that she gained during her travels. She is often seen wearing a long white dress with black trousers underneath with black boots but on some occasions she can be seen wearing a black leather dress with long black boots.

She often appears cold natured at times and she can be reluctant to trust anyone, this is because every time she has trusted people in the past she has always gotten hurt, but when her trust is earned she will be a loyal ally. Her lack of trust has left her with the ability to only see the bad in people which in a way resulted in her continued traveling. She has a strong sense of justice and wants to do what she can to help. She can be a little hot headed from time to time which can get her and the people around her in trouble especially when it comes to people's attitude to wards those with magic which has happened a couple of times. She is also on the clumsy side which has been known to set off her bad temper.

- Richard Heatherfell- Father. Richard was a loving yet over bearing father. When he found out that Amelia had inherited her mothers gift for magic he decided that she would never be defenseless, so he taught her the skills she needed to survive. He died when Amelia was eighteen to a fever leaving her to fend for herself.
- Maria Heatherfell - Mother. Amelia never knew her mother as she died when she was three. All she knows about her is the stories her father told her when she was young. She was also a very powerful witch.

.:History:. Born in Ealdor to Richard and Maria Heatherfell, Amelia lost her mother at the age of three. Shortly after her mother died, her father took her and left Ealdor as it was to painful for him to remain. They moved from place to place never staying anywhere too long. He decided that she would never be defenseless and he began teaching her the basics of survival, starting with cooking and then progressing into the more dangerous means.
This went on for many years and by the time she was fifteen she was already adept in the means of survival. On her fifteenth birthday, Richard decided it was time she learn about magic and gave her her mothers spell book, he said this would bring her closer to her mother. She was delighted and began to study.
When she was eighteen her father became ill with a fever, Amelia tried using her magic to save him but couldn't and he died. In a fit of anger her she screamed an incantation and knocked a tree down. After burying him she was found by a man who was travel ling from a nearby by village. He said that he had seen what she did and offered her a bed for the night. After a few weeks the man told her the real reason he invited her to stay,he wanted her to use her abilities to slaughter an entire village, but she couldn't do that and when she tried to leave she was attacked from behind by another man who held a knife to her neck. She struggled to get free which resulted in her getting a cut on the neck. In a fit of fear and anger she said a spell and the two men were thrown across the room, she gathered her things and ran into the woods. Since that day she has been reluctant to trust anyone.
