Romily had managed to get away from the Inn. This was a rare occurrence but seeing as Eldon had sent her on her way to get her out from under his feet (or so he’d said, who knows what he was actually doing that would have entitled Romily’s presence to get in the way) she wasn’t complaining.
She was having a nice day so far. She’d decided to walk through the forests and by the river that led to a lake. She’d never been there before but Eldon’s daughter had commented that when she’d been there (most likely on a date of some sort) it was a peaceful place with a nice view. Romily hadn’t been sure as to whether Eldon’s daughter had meant the view of the lake or of the man she’d been with. She’d chosen to trek there anyway. It wasn’t exactly far, a good few hours walk at least. Eldon’s daughter had given her directions and apparently she was nearing the lake.
The lake had come into view just five minutes after Romily was wondering whether this lake existed or not. The sight that she first saw took her breath away. It was beautiful, the water a clear blue, the sun bearing down on it and making it look like thousands of tiny diamonds floating on it’s surface, and the hillsides around it making the area look far more secluded than it already was.
Romily sat down under the shade of a tree and leant back against its trunk. She noted to herself to come back more often. At least then she’d be able to clear her mind without anyone else barking orders at her.
This was bliss to her, she knew she had to make the most of it before returning for the madness of that evenings work.

Freya quite liked her new home. The lake was peaceful and it represented a nice home to her. Inhabitants of Avalon, including the Sidhe, called her Lady of the Lake. Due to death of Sidhe Elder in hands of her only love, the remaining Sidhe looked to her for guidance.
She was often called to solve minor problems and arguments. But Sidhe soon learnt how their Elder died. Freya had to resort to subduing them in order to prevent them from destroying Camelot and everything in it. Including man she loved. She suceeded, but it hadn't been easy.
Freya needed to take a break. So, she decided to see the world she lived in once more. She climbed up and stepped onto the shore, taking a deep breath. Then she looked around and saw that she had a visitor. She sat on the bank next to her.
"I'm glad to have found company. What's your name?" Freya asked curiously. Her companion looked deep in thought, so Freya gazed at the lake. She whirled around. In the distance, there was Camelot. A place where her hopes arose, only to die on very shore she now sat on. It was in Camelot she met only person who understood her, whom she later fell in love with.
All thanks to Hallig. That left a bitter thought. No matter how cruel he was, he was the reason she found her one love. And she repayed him by eating him. She thought she got rid of her past upon her death. Except, she didn't really die. She just became what she truly was: a sorceress of water. Lady of the Lake. Curse died, but it didn't give her hapiness, for she lost a man whom she loved, and who loved her back.
How ironic.

Romily had been so caught up in her thoughts that she hadn’t noticed a young woman come and sit down next to her. It was only when she started speaking that Romily jumped and looked around to find her. She was rather a pretty woman with dark hair and eyes to match. She appeared to be staring in the same direction that she had been looking. In the distance. Romily wondered what she was looking at, as she seemed to be lost in thought herself – her eyes said something that made Romily feel as though there was a longing inside them. She didn’t want to ask what it was though; she wasn’t about to pry into a woman’s thoughts, especially one who she didn’t know.
She clutched her chest; her heart seemed to be thudding now from the shock. “Im sorry” she chuckled, “you scared me a little”. Once she’d finally managed to catch her breath she smiled. The woman still seemed to be enjoying the scenery around her. Romily wondered whether she came down here often She didn’t blame her if she spent most of her days down here, it really was a stunning location.
“It’s beautiful isn’t it? This place” she decided to make conversation, after all, the woman had made an effort to ask her name. “Im Romily by the way”. She introduced herself.

Freya managed a small smile.
"This is my home" she whispered, pointing towards the lake "And so is it. " this time she pointed in direction of Camelot. "I found one I love there. Exceptionally kind man he was. And he had magic."she revealed. " As do I" she added as an afterthought.
She sighed.
"This could be all different. Camelot, Albion, Avalon and Perilous Lands united as one. Imagine that. People walking freely, no matter whether they have magic or not. Me and man I love as well. I, Lady of the Lake, would play my part in ensuring that does happen." she concluded.
"Although, seems that we have those who will ensure that doesn't happen. Like sisters. And Sidhe. Sidhe live in very heart of my lake. " she sighed. " When sign from Camelot arrives. I won't hesitate to remove Sidhe from existence. I know I shouldn't think like this. I love everyone. Even sisters. But Sidhe are different. They are close community, and care only about themselves. They need to be put to stop. Me and my love agreed what a sign would be. He would come here, light a candle and put it on shore. He would then make flames float in air. He did it back when we first met. We agreed it would be a best sign, for it's known only to two of us. Then, I'll remove the Sidhe and afterwards, go after sisters. I won't hesitate to kill people for noble cause."
She looked at her companion with playful eyes. Her companion stared at her in shock
"Cat got your tongue?" Freya teased playfully.

Romily was surprised when the woman mentioned that the lake was actually her home as well as the place where she was staring at in the distance. “You live in the actual lake?” she asked. She smiled when she mentioned that she’d found love. “Do you have magic?” she asked a little hesitant at where the nature of this conversation was going. Her father had spoke of magic before, not dabbled with any of its kind but had stated that Romily should never mix with people of such power.
“The Lady of The Lake – that suits you, do you go by any other name?” she spoke so passionately about helping restore magic to Albion that Romily could tell that she was one who used it for an actual purpose, rather than just for no good. “My father told me about magic, he wasn’t for it, but he wasn’t against it either – the subject of it has never really crossed my mind though as I know very little of it”.
Romily smiled lightly as the woman joked about her being rather quiet for a while. Romily didn’t think she had been but it was obvious that she had. “Sidhe? What are they?” she asked, ever the more eager to know about the world that this woman lived in. She was fascinated by her words. “You said that they lived in the lake with you?” she frowned. How on earth could anything other than fish live in a lake? There had to be some magic involved with that surely?

Freya could see that her companion wanted information. And she will give it.
"King prohibited magic, you see. I don't blame him, though. He's just bitter because he lost the only woman he ever loved because of it. Do you know Lady Morgana?" Freya asked "Well, she and her half-sister took this to their advantage. But, they do wrong. If they kill him, magic won't be restored and land won't be united. All our hopes would be in wain if Morgana takes over. I can't allow that to happen. I won't allow that to happen." Freya paused to take a deep breath.
"You see, magic in essence is not evil. Whether it is evil or not, it depends on person using it. I and my lover use it for good. Morgana and her sister use it for evil, as do Sidhe. Removing those who use it for evil, removes its evil aspect as well. That's something worthy killing for" Freya continued
"As for Sidhe, they do live in Lake with me. But they won't for much longer. I never forgot how their Leader tried to kill man I loved. If it was for constructive reason, I would forgive him. But he just did it because he wanted throne of Camelot. I never forgave. Sidhe and their pixies are cold-blooded. Not to mention how ugly they were. His pixie was reporting to him. On very shore of my lake. You can't imagine how that felt. They plotted to take over Camelot on shore of my lake" Freya concluded, anger evident in her voice. "Not to mention how ugly his pixie was" she added. " Those who know me, call me Freya"
