.:Physical Appearance:. Varro stands tall at 6”3’, giving him an almost intimidating appearance. He has a muscular build but dresses in heavy layers so it is not immediately noticed. His attire consists of dark neutral colors, so that he does not attract any attention to himself, and often wears a cape and high collared shirts to cover the markings on his neck and upper back. He keeps his head shaven and on his back as well as his fingers, are strange unrecognizable markings which hold only significance to him.

.:Personality:. Varro is a man who possesses a strong presence. He is not the overly chatty type, though does know how to carry on a conversation. Sort of. He enjoys playing games of the mind with other people, often returning a question he is asked, with a question of his own. He is extremely secretive, never offering any personal information about him, least of all his past. He is extremely intelligent, and will often remain reserved, finding it far more strategic and strong to keep what he knows to himself. He is not an overly violent man [not without purpose], though has the skills to defend himself if need be. He has a dark sense of humor, often making him difficult to understand by those who do not know him. He has a very natural authority to him making him a well respected leader among his faction of renegades. He is a man of little faith and practically no morals, which perhaps justifies his less than kind actions.
.:Strengths:. Well versed in the art of combat: mainly sword and dagger, is extremely intelligent, a strong strategist and patient man, able to conceal his emotions making him almost unreadable at times.
.:Weaknesses:. Suppresses his emotions which eventually lead to severe breakdowns, tries to be inconspicuous but sometimes only causes more suspicion, sometimes overestimates his ability to have the upper-hand in a given situation, could be considered a bit mentally unstable at times, can be paranoid and rather suspicious and cautious of everyone he does not know, does not like to ask other people for help no matter how much he may need it.

.:History:. Not a great deal is known about Varro’s past, only his present, while his future remains uncertain. All that can be said of Varro is that he is a strong sorcerer, though seldom uses his magic. His last greatest spell that he cast put him under a spell of agelessness. He is not immortal and is as vulnerable as any man, but so long as the markings on his back and fingers remain, and the silver band stays on his finger, he will not age. This spell had been performed decades ago so his true age is unknown. He had done this for a greater purpose, as it is necessary for him to remain his age, while his ploy continues on during the long passage of time.

He became banded with Tauren, in the renegade group who all wished to see Uther’s reign at an end and the restoration of magic in the kingdom. But after his death, Varro took over, wishing to continue to not only continue his friend’s work, but also build on it. Varro’s ambition is to see magic restored in the entire realm of not only Camelot, but all other kingdoms who would have it outlawed. With this massive goal however, Varro realizes the necessity of strong support. While he does not like violence, he knows that if magic is not restored by simply the pressure of numbers, then it must be restored by force; making the necessary sacrifices that Varro is willing to make. He is a strong leader to this group while its numbers slowly grow, and at the moment, is planning everything out rather than violently and impulsively acting. He knows that he only has one chance to do this, and he wants to get it right. Which also is making him heavily consider casting the same spell of agelessness on those part of his group.

He spends his time now, searching for recruits to join his cause. He is very selective in who he allows in this group of renegades, searching for physical strength as well as strength in character, but most importantly, he searches for that passion for others to fight for their right to practice magic. He travels alone for the most part, enjoying the solitude, and will only sometimes, very rarely, camp with druids, offering them peace as his reputation is slowly building in the world of magic. He never discloses the location as to where all those in his faction are, for one is only privy to that information if Varro has deemed them worthy to join their cause. As for the possession of the crystal that Tauren once wielded and whether or not Varro has it with him; that information is known only to Varro, and to those that he completely trusts.
