.:Physical Appearance:. Dristan has brown hair which he often grows slightly longer than most men because he believes that it symbolises his free spirit. Dristan hardly ever dresses the same way twice and although he likes to languish in finery he has been seen strutting down the street dressed as a beggar. Because some of the taverns Dristan visits are not the most civilised places it is not uncommon for Dristan to be seen with bruises from one of the many tavern fights he has involved himself in.

.:Personality:. As Dristan is the heir to a large ish estate he knows his father will never disown him, lest the family lands fall into the crowns hands, or his Uncle Payton. Therefore Dristan knows he can push his father to the very limits and nothing will ever come to it. Dristan was never one for duties and courtesy so he decided, at the age of 18, to move away from his estate for a life of gambling, drinking and ladies. He inherited his fathers cynical and witty personality but also sees himself as a free spirit with few responsibilities and a healthy social life. He is incredibly selfish and rarely does anything for anyone without expecting something in return. He uses his looks and words to charm women, but won’t charm a woman unless its worth his while; so she’d have to be incredibly beautiful or rich; or both! He is handy with a sword and wouldn’t shy away from a fight if needs be, but would not take up his sword to defend another unless he needed to.

.:Occupation:. None
.:Current Location of Residence:. Recently returned to the general Camelot area.
.:History:. Born in Camelot, and raised with emphasis on his responsibility as the sole heir with the future of the family resting on his shoulders. Where in many cases this would make an individual grateful and willing to begin acting accordingly in order to further the family’s’ and their own standing. Dristan however took this instead as a message that he could do anything he wanted without getting disinherited. He therefore shirked his responsibility and began rebelling at a young age to the disapproval of his father. Although his mother disapproved of her sons’ behaviour, Dristan knew how to charm her out of her bad moods. The workers and servants of the De Archer estate used to joke privately that the family went through a nanny a week. This is because no nannies could resist Dristans charm like his mother and therefore once they were found to be ineffective were fired. It was in these first young years that Dristan discovered how easily he could manipulate women for his own gain. The only time Dristan could be tamed began in his later childhood with his combat training. As most young boys Dristan was mesmerised by the physical damage that his sharp and shiny object (which up until this day he still often remarks upon as being pretty) could wrought upon another individual. Because battle training was the only thing that could keep his son out of trouble, Lord Rouland made sure that Dristan was kept busy with it for almost every waking moment.
At the age of 14 Dristan found something even more tame-worthy than combat training. A new young maid named Hawaise had strayed into the stables where Dristan had been brushing the mud off his horse. When Hawaise had apologised and smiled at him provocatively he’d felt himself rising to the occasion. Exactly 4 minutes and 11 seconds later Dristan had found his new calling. Although after that day there were many more women, Dristan still idolised Hawaise and they became companions. However at the age of 18 Lord Rouland betrothed Dristan. At the same time Hawaise became violently ill with fever and died. In anger at his father for not consulting him and grief for Hawaise, Dristan left Camelot to travel the known world. He can now be found anywhere and everywhere. However recently he has flitted back to Camelot. He has had little contact with his father who he has not seen for some time.
