I am so glad we finally got an explanation as to how the dragon got the way she did, and it makes me happy to know that it wasn't Morgana mistreating her! My mind is in a haze of confusement over the episode though; there seem to have been a few very random scenes in there that had no particular point, which isn't like the series at all!! I wonder, did they have a guest writer on there? That being said, Colin's acting was amazing!

I swear they must have guest writers who haven't actually watched any of the past episodes....its annoying to say the least.
Arthur can dress himself!!!!! Not perfectly...but he can! I'd rather they didn't add pointlessly ridiculous scenes like that purely to make the audience laugh. The storyline and characters need to stay true, if they want to add funny scenes they need to come up with something non AU!
I think (if my memory serves me) Alice Troughton directed this episode, a skill she is usually very good at, but I think in this case, that may be the cause of some bafflement in this one. For example I thought Daegal was purposely trying to walk out infront of the bandits and get them caught. It didn't come across as him not being able to hear Merlin.
But all that aside, it was a damn EPIC episode!!!! I LOVED it regardless! ;D There were SO many amazing scenes, one particular one that I loved was:
"You don't even have a sword" "I don't NEED one...!" ;D
