Korrina knew it was futile to struggle but she could not help it. She may lack physical strength and not know spells of the kind that would be useful at the moment... but should she just wait here then? Wait for the men to try and extract information? She knew why they were keeping her alive. Either they would torture her or they were waiting for someone to come find her. She hoped that they did not get the chance to do either, and from the moment she had been captured... she'd been praying for someone to come. Someone who would be a match for these men, and only one man came to mind. One name and the only man in her life that she would pray for in a moment such a this: Connor. She did not wish for him to endanger himself for her... but she also knew that he could easily render each man unconscious, long enough to free her. Since Korrina did not condone violence or well, murder.
In the meantime, she would continue to try and twist her wrists, which surely must be bruised with burns by now, while the men spoke amongst themselves. Should she beg for her life? It may come to that if there was no alternative. Korrina did not want to die... nor could she give up the location of the crystal. It was in a safe place... though she did not trust herself under the influence of... whatever methods of persuasion they would dare use. So in the meantime, she prayed. Prayed for some sort of means to grant her freedom from captivity. Pray that her life did not end at the hands of these misguided men.

Alistair had not been long from Maeve's world. In the month since his return; he had spent it wondering aimlessly. Here; or there. Before he'd been a fighter of his people; his name known well on both sides now. Now with the bastard Pendragon seemingly at ease; he had to be less defensive about protecting his people; and more aggressive. He was not going to just kidnap this time; but find a way to open their eyes and make them see.
Entering the camp silently; it took the men a few moments to notice he was even there. They greeted him; as expected with shock at him alive. Ever since he had fallen; and Maeve had taken him to her world to heal; most had assumed he was dead. 'Alistair!' One called and he gave no greeting in return other then a silent stare. 'You bloody silent druid! I could have shot you!' With his weapons closer to Alistair then his hand; Alistair knew the lie.
He noticed the girl; though he did not look toward her. Her fear and bonds said she was not their guest. He disliked the idea of holding her here; but he was known for his own kidnappings. His own sins. "I need to find Vaughn. What news have you?" Without returning his greeting; Alistair got to the point; not wishing to linger with fools. The girl bound to the tree however; never left the corner of his eye; as he took in the details. Her clothing mostly; poor; dirty. Something about this was drawing his attention.

Korrina's eyes went to the man that joined them. Not only went to him, locked to him. There was something about him that felt... she was unsure. Perhaps it was just the trauma of what was happening that was clouding her judgment and feelings. It wasn't until one of them spoke his name that her body numbed. Frozen in place... not that she could go anywhere anyway. But the name. The appearance. Alistair. Alistair; her brother. Now she knew what it was about him. He looked just like his father. Her father. Their father. That strong presence, the features in his face. Yes. He was her brother. Fate. Fate had guided them on the same path and finally... Korrina understood the purpose of this. She understood why she had been kidnapped. It was not her time to die. But it had been a way to reunite her with her brother.
Her wide eyes began to moisten with tears at the impact of this moment. How she had longed to meet him, and she knew their father felt the same. She was unsure if either of her parents were alive, but believed in her heart that they were. That Tristram was still in search of his son, and when he found him... he would be with his sister. She had heard many things about Alistiar, and in the moment did not think of what dark connection he may have that made him know these men. She could only think of that overwhelming happiness at finally meeting her beloved sibling. The shock did not subside, but finally, her lips parted to speak. Though he paid little attention to her... her entire focus was singled in on him. You are Alistair, son of Tristram? she asked in a gentle voice, using their druid language so that he would know that she of his culture... and soon would know that she was also of his blood.

The men did not seem surprised at his lack of care in greeting them; and Alistair only hoped they hurried with their news she he could leave before his mind took in more detail of the girl. While healed from his injury; he had yet to regain his stamina and grace in a fight; and nor was he looking to test it against these four fools. "You are Alistair;" The girl spoke; saying nothing no one knew but everything he did not. Her clothing; her language; her fear.
She was a Druid. The men looked toward her; but Alistair did not. "Son of Tristram?" It was his father's name that turned his head; and he felt his body grow still; on edge; from someone knowing things they should not of his past. No one knew this. Not even a 'few'. While he had spoken of his mother and father to a few; he never said their names. No one had asked; no one cared enough to learn Druid names.
'She is nothing but a thief;' The man told him; 'She stole from us and we are holding her until she gives it back.' A lie; that even Alistair could hear in his tone. "What news have you of Vaughn?" He asked again; though did not look away from the girl. He would get what he came for; but when he had it; the girl would leave with him.
Then he'd learn how she knew too much.
'Not heard from him in months.' The man said; seeming at ease with Alistair's lack of care for the girl. 'Last I heard he was holed up in some wife's bed in Lanchester maybe. Though I doubt you'd find him still there. Wasn't his wife.'
Alistair reached in his boot; pulling his blade before lifting his other leg to pull the twin blade from it. "Walk away." He told the men; "Leave the girl." With him.
She held information he needed to know.

He hardly seemed to react to her words, and she was unsure how she felt about that. Still overwhelmed yes, for the joy of seeing him well was incomparable to any other feeling. Yet... he seemed so disinterested in her. In who she was that knew his father. She wondered if she should reveal her own self, and felt it may be the only way to gain his attention. For even when the men lied for her reason for captivity, Alistair still did not question it. He only asked about another man... that Korrina feared he would just leave if she did not make more of an effort to reach out to him. This time, it was not only to save herself, but to introduce him to something that he may not know: the existance of a sister.
Her eyes never left his face, as a tear slowly trailed down her cheek. She was already a rather emotional woman and this... right now... seeing him... was causing so many emotions to run through her heart. She knew it would be safest to continue to speak in druid, so that the men could not follow along with their conversation. I am Korrina, she revealed, pausing before finishing her statement. Daughter of Tristram.

'Easy now,' The leader said; but Alistair didn't replace the blades he had drew out; nor did he repeated his demand. He would be walking away with the girl; but it was be easier if the other men walked away first. "I am Korrina," She added; seeming not caring that he was trying to deal with these men and not paying her attention. "Daughter of Tristram." His eyes again; move toward her though he could not keep his eyes from widening at her words.
'The girl has something of mine and I-' As the man spoke; he made the mistake of walking closer; and Alistair's attention shifted from the girl and to the man. He knew better then to let an untrusted person that close to him; for even the helpless princess had poisoned him. He moved quickly; knowing he had but a few moment's surprise and cut the man's words off with a quick movement with his blade into the flesh of his neck; and moving to end the second man that might have moved forward next.
There were only two left; and the took a few steps backwards; and backwards; following his words of telling them to leave. Alistair waited until they were gone; but not fooled into thinking it was over; before turning to the girl.
Walking to her; he cut the bonds that held her; and pulled her up by her arm. Both blades were in his right hand; and with his left he grasped her chin to force her gaze to his. "How do you know that name?" [Night!]
